Exceptional hotel with outstanding service. This is our third year of returning to The Royal Wing Suite and Spa and it never fails to exceed our expectations. The staff consistently achieve the balance of making you feel part of the family whilst treating you like royalty. I would also like to save a special thank you to Tong ( our pool butler) who every day goes above and beyond, he’s a true asset to the Royal Cliff hotel brand. If you’re looking for a location away from the hustle and bustle, with 6 star service then you need not look any further.

We stayed at this chain last year, but in a different building. Our New Year's Eve experience was a bit dampened by the Russian-speaking managers, who didn't convey all the information. This year, we decided to try again and had a fantastic experience. I'm very glad we chose this hotel!
The grounds are beautiful, with lawns and lots of greenery, cleanliness everywhere, warm pools, individually priced breakfasts or a buffet breakfast in another building, daily room cleaning, plenty of water, a refilled bar, and wonderful compliments. The center is a 10-minute drive away, and a shuttle service runs around the grounds.I'd like to express my gratitude to all the staff for the cozy, cleanliness, delicious breakfasts, hospitality, and impeccable service! Special thanks to the reception staff for their warm welcome and smiles! We'll definitely be back again!

The room was exceptionally clean, offering a breathtaking 180-degree panoramic view right outside the room—absolutely beyond words. The private beach was peaceful and pristine, providing a sense of true seclusion. The staff was polite, attentive, and professional, making me feel genuinely like royalty. The food, fresh fruits, and coffee were all exquisite and absolutely perfect. 👌❤️👌

The Royal Wing is among the finest hotels in the Pattaya area. The rooms are spacious and clean, the views and grounds are fantastic, and the property is expertly managed to a very high standard. You can enjoy the stunning pool and sea view along with excellent food here. It is also close to nightlife if you care to partake. The success of this place is undoubtedly due to the manager, Thibault, who personally sees to the satisfaction of guests. You will not go wrong if you stay here.

Today is my first Day staying at this hotel,and my first impression has been excellent. Aiyakarn guided me on a hotel tour, which was very enjoyable and informative, she showed me many beautiful areas of the hotel.

The Royal Wing, a absolut great Location in Pattaya. The Service of the Staff at this Hotel is outstanding. We come here 6 Years already and it feels like comming Home away from Home. All the People working there are so friendly and they make your Stay a very great Time.
The Manager and his co Managers do a great Job to keep this Hotel a 100% Experience for all the Guest checking in at the Royal Wing Hotel.
The Suites are well kept and very clean. Housekeeping is doing a great Job taking care.
The Pool Side is quiet and you hardly hear Anyone on a Mobilephone, a Place to relax, read a good Book or just watch the Boats going by. It makes you realy feel on Holidays.

Ms. Aiyakain took care of excellent hotel and restaurant tour! This hotel has great ocean view and nice meal, also a lot of kind staff.

After 15 years, returning to the Royal Wing Suites felt like coming home. In terms of hospitality, this hotel offers something truly unique. The same familiar faces, the same warm smiles, and the same outstanding service it’s rare to find such consistency after so many years.

A special thank you to Mr. Chaiyanan, who greeted us just as he did all those years ago, as well as to the General Manager, the housekeeping team, and the room service staff who delivered delicious food even in the middle of the night.

Sometimes, words aren’t enough to describe an experience and this is one of those times. The Royal Wing Suites remains, without a doubt, the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

Everything was perfect. The rooms were always clean, all the staff were so so nice and welcoming. Food was delicious, bed and pillows were always so comfy, pool was always clean. And again the service was phenomenal

Royal Wing Suites & Spa - Extended Stay, Zero Regrets
I planned to spend some time at the Royal Wing Suites & Spa and explore what Thailand has to offer. I've extended my stay and have yet to leave the hotel grounds - I simply haven't needed or wanted to.
The Royal Wing isn't trying to be everything to everyone. It's focused entirely on one thing: making you forget your worries and the outside world.

What Makes It Different:
The service here operates on a level that I haven't experienced before. Dedicated deck chairs poolside, pool umbrellas adjusted around you as the sun moves. Fresh fruit and water appearing poolside. Staff calling elevators for you as you approach. They remember everything - your order, your dining preferences, your seating preferences, when and how you take your coffee are just a few examples.
They'll do everything but cut up your food and feed you - though I suspect if you asked, they'd genuinely consider it.

The Setup:
Every room in the Royal Wing starts at suite level. The rooms are well-appointed and spacious, overlooking the pool and ocean. As a Royal Wing guest, you have access to all Royal Cliffs hotel group facilities - pools, restaurants, bars, gym, tennis courts, and more - but Royal Wing facilities are reserved exclusively for Royal Wing guests.
One thing that struck me was the high percentage of regulars. Some stay 5-6 weeks at a time. When you see that, you realize this isn't just a nice hotel - it's somewhere special.

Sunset Bar & Dining:
Watching the boats go by and the sun go down from the Sunset Bar during happy hour became my routine. Change your mind about which restaurant? They already have a table booked for you. It's not just efficient - it's thoughtful.

Who This Is For:
This is for you if you need to completely decompress from life. If you want quiet luxury where nothing is ever a problem. If you're after service that anticipates rather than reacts. The atmosphere is relaxed and service-oriented, with a peaceful focus.

I'm only leaving because I must, and I can assure you, I'll be counting down the days until I can return.

Very good service. The hotel is amazing. Took a hotel tour with Aiyakarn, she has been very generous and took her time to introduce the hotel to us. Would definitely recommend here.
