We visited for the Dining By the Sea occasion - a truly magical experience, private dinner on the beach overlooking a beautiful sea. Truly unforgettable - the food was fantastic and the staff were so attentive. In particular Peter went to a great effort to make sure we had a wonderful time and that we enjoyed the meal. Food was fantastic and dietary requirements were fully catered for. Would happily visit again and recommend to anyone!

This is the restaurant with the most beautiful view I’ve ever been to in Pattaya. The atmosphere is great and peaceful, and the staff provides excellent service—they remembered what I ordered even though I don’t go there often. The food is delicious as well.
The prices are reasonable for the quality and the stunning view, so I think it offers great value for money. The restaurant is very clean and well maintained, including the dining area and restrooms. The noise level is low and comfortable, which makes it a perfect place to relax and enjoy your meal with friends.

They say better late than never!
The place has a style and level of service befitting one of the leading hotels of the world.
I’ve had the pleasure of frequenting quite a few and can only say that this level of service is by far one of the best!!

When you return for the umpteenth time it’s usually because you feel welcome and recognised.
To this end I can say I would be proud to call it my second home. This is highlighted by the teams senior manager Thibault Sellier who can only be described as Professional and personable.

We have been at least 6 times to Royal Wing Suites and Spa.
It has never disappointed. From the minute you arrive into the wonderful entry, and view, to when you leave, you are absolutely spoilt by the wonderful staff. The rooms all have a view over the fabulous pools and the sea. Breakfast is excellent and served beside the pool area by very attentive staff. My husband had a massage and found it excellent.
We love going there.

This hotel truly has everything. From the moment you arrive, it feels like stepping into a movie — the surroundings are beautiful, the atmosphere is special, and the service is simply exceptional. The staff treat you like royalty and go above and beyond to make sure you feel welcome, comfortable, and taken care of.

I travel frequently for work and have stayed in many hotels around the world, but I have never experienced service quite like this. The people who work here are what make the place stand out. Their attention to detail, friendliness, and genuine effort to ensure guests are happy make all the difference.

I can honestly say this is the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. No matter how many nice hotels you’ve stayed in before, this place will impress you from the second you walk through the door and are greeted by the staff. Truly unforgettable.

My wife and myself stayed here for two weeks,just wish it was longer,Thibault the GM was tops with a crew of staff that could not do enough for you,from start to finish it was fantastic,privacy at its best and luxury service from the minute you get up until night time.Sent us to a few fine dining restaurants in the area and again top class ,customer service is at its very best in this establishment,a special mention to Jan Peters is necessary as he made it his business to know what drinks and food you liked everyday at the pool area and again never stopped trying to please you,thank you Jan,Honestly cannot rate this place high enough,it’s a 6 star as far as I am concerned,cleanliness,standards and attention to detail,all top class,thank you again Thibault ,to you and all your staff.

Once more we are fortunate to be able to return to this "oasis". Why do we keep returning and writing reviews ? It is because they are deserving of our regular custom and of receiving recognition of the superb hotel. To keep returning year after year must mean something, and in our opinion we cannot wait each year for the annual visit. They call it a "home from home" and that really sums it up. From the moment one arrives in the opulent lobby, and during the entire stay it does feel so welcoming and friendly. Nearly every member of the staff remain here year after year, which adds to the pleasure of one's holiday. Even all one's personal requirements are remembered without having to mention them, which gives one such a good feeling of being special and welcome.
No rooms, only suites with all that one can need, from daily fruit, chocolates, cold drinks in the fridge, bottles of water, flowers, etc. etc.. Even a little "nighttime" biscuit and chocolate on the pillow after the suite being "refreshed" each evening. No rushing out at 06.00 to put towels down on beds round the pool. Yours is reserved for the entire stay with pool butlers to see to everything, including cold towels, cold water and fruit skewers during the day. All the staff are amazing from the housekeeping, restaurants, reception, pool, spa, management, etc..
There are 4 hotels within the Royal Cliff complex of which the Royal Wing is the most exclusive and private, and all have a variety of different
types of restaurants of which those we have chosen to eat at, have been excellent. Lastly a mention about "happy hour" where each evening those who wish to have a tipple before dining (in or out), meet up, and again it is not just the staff who remain the same but the guests as well.

We have been regular visitors for couple of years now, returning every 3–4 months, and each stay only reinforces why we keep coming back.
The suites are spacious and beautifully maintained with private beach access, and cleanliness, everything 5-star excellence. The resort is perfect for relaxing holidays and feels warm and welcoming.
Our most recent stay was in December 2025 during Christmas and New Year, and it was once again outstanding.
A very special mention must go to Aiyakarn, who is without a doubt one of the best staff members we have ever encountered in hospitality anywhere in the world. Her professionalism, kindness, attentiveness, and genuine care makes our every stay unforgettable. She understands preferences, and always goes above and beyond, a true asset to the Resort.
Highly recommended and we are already looking forward to our next visit.
