Pros:

It was located right off Trans Canada road. The bay across the street was an added bonus. Very clean. Different way to check into room. No person manning lobby. Everything was done by code, etc., that we received before arrival.

Cons:

Laundry machines didn't take quarters, only loonies. Didn't see where that was stated.

I like the location by rainy lake and the contactless check in process was very convenient and easy! The harbourage cafe across the street had delicious breakfast and a nice walking path along the lake.

Cons:

The A/c wasn’t working properly. It was about 85 degrees in our room all evening & night. We sweat all night and didn’t get much sleep from the suite above us stomping around & partying until 1am. There were also dozens of ants all through the kitchen in our suite that we had to kill. Wasn’t the best stay but it was tolerable for only one night.

Absolutely clean, convenient and fits our needs.
Pros:

Location: it's close to a restaurant for breakfast and close to minimarket/tackle shop. Across from the lake for a liesurely walk and it's convenient to cross the border during off hours to avoid the morning rush. Interestingly, the office is automted, not manned. You enter a code they text you to retrieve your keys from a locker.

Cons:

Refrigerator was quite small and the toilet was small and low to the ground.
