An average hotel with above average, complimentary breakfast. Nightly rate is high for average room.
Pros:

The over priced room rate is for the location. The proximity to Keenland, restaurants, and stores is great. The breakfast was very good.

Cons:

I would expect to pay $125-150 for this room and hotel, not nearly $200 per night. There were no USB outlets in the room, the bathtub was large and deep, but there was not a way to stop the drain. Overnight maid service was not provided and we had to find a place to deposit our daily garbage.

Property needs to be updated, especially the beds.
Cons:

The mattress was terrible! It also was on the wrong size frame and had two metal pieces sticking out of the side. My husband hurt his leg twice on it! We let the front desk know so someone else doesn’t get hurt.

Have stayed here many times. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, shuttle available to Keeneland, good breakfast, in a good area for walking, lots of food options. Always my choice of hotels in Lexington m, Ky.
