Have stayed here many times. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, shuttle available to Keeneland, good breakfast, in a good area for walking, lots of food options. Always my choice of hotels in Lexington m, Ky.

Pros:

My flight arrived a little after 9:00 so I couldn’t get picked. Front desk person seemed to care less, didn’t acknowledge my level and didn’t off my choice of s gift.
The next morning my ride to the airport was late. I wasn’t impressed.

Although I got tied up in traffic and had to be at the LEX airport the next morning at 4:30am and was only at the hotel for an hour and 15 minutes for my stay - it was a most pleasant experience. The guy at the front desk was amazing, the room was awesome, and I was at least able to have hot tea the next morning before my Uber rude arrived.
If I have to stay in Lexington again, it will be at this hotel.
