Cons:

Staff was not friendly and the hallways smelled heavily of pot even thpugh it was supposed to be a non smoking facility and a very sketchy area especially for the price.

I honestly could’ve paid the same price to stay by anywhere else in town and had a better experience. I do not recommend
Pros:

Room itself wasn’t bad, it was fairly quiet and clean

Cons:

Staff was incredibly rude during check in and any time we needed assistance. She was consistently on her personal phone either on a call or watching a movie. The entire building reeked of weed and cigarettes. Shower had the drain cover pulled off, toilet paper wasn’t stocked. When we arrived, the receptionist informed us that our booking wasn’t in her system at all and there was nothing she could do for us. She walked away to finish the call she was on and came back to look up our reservation again and ended up finding it but it took her about 20 minutes total to find it.

When checking in on Sunday I believe her name is Anna seems to be too busy on her phone very unfriendly definitely should not be greeting customers at all. Aisha however was amazing I've used this hotel many times and every time I run into her smile on her face very outgoing she is awesome.

Overall our stay was acceptable. We we afforded early check in which was appreciated. The room was clean and beds comfor
Pros:

The location was convenient for our trip with easy access to main highways for travel. It was quiet except for early morning workers staying there.

Cons:

The elevators were held up more than once by what the front desk said was housekeeping. But they did not offer to remedy the issue to alleviate wait time or use of elevators. Took some time for hot water to come up in shower and sink. Advised room cleaning every 3rd day, but that did not occur.

Cons:

Me debitaron casi US$20 demás de total de la noche y además no me han regresado el valor del depósito por US$100. En recepción el checkin pésimo, el personal no tiene una buena gestión.

Did not sleep until after 2:30 am on 2nd night because of the noise.
