Not much fun.
Cons:

Having to pay a $10 fee to park in the parking lot and not have our car towed. Having homeless people in parking lot hassling guests, and one ran in pulled the fire alarm while we were checking in. The shower curtain rod bent so the curtain slid to the center. Not enough shampoo. Smokers outside our room so their smoke came in through the heater. the Waffle iron timer didn't work. Loud voices in the hallway until 2:;00am. Someone dropping glass that broke all over the hallway and very noisy to sweep up.

I would not rec come do this hotel due to location and felt it was t the safest place to stay

Appears their customers are transients. Possible location where they come in off the streets The deadbolt to our door did not work looked like it was badly repaired. We requested a different room

Pros:

I checked out two days early, but I was charged for the entire time even though I told them when I checked in that I was departing early. When I checked my credit card, they charged the entire week. I was told that their policy was not to refund early checkout. I contacted Booking, and all they did was send an email to the property. I have stayed at this LA Quinta several times, and that is where I book a room for every trip to Aurora. But never again! I probably won't use Booking.com again either because they weren't helpful at all!

Pros:

The staff was amazingly nice 10/10

Cons:

The last two nights of my stay I came a cross mutable cockroaches and the last night a rat outside when I was coming in from my car.

Dirty and Gross but if you just need somewhere to sleep I guess it’s okay
Pros:

I liked that this was close to the hospital. The staff was very nice.

Cons:

The room was so dirty but having a family member in the ICU I didn’t make a fuss because I just needed somewhere to sleep before heading back to the hospital. I will definitely not be returning

It Could be worst! but it was ok.

It was Ok but not excellent, the cleaning service was good.

Cons:

Why a "Smoke Free" hotel stinks to MJ? it is also smoking! The "Keanu" from the Mile High at the front was too rude to me. The elevator didnt work sometimes!!
