Hamilton Hotel

It’s no longer a hotel but a homeless shelter. This property needs to be removed. We thankfully found a room across the street at the sandman

This hotel is super outdated.stains everywhere on carpet, paint chipping, bathroom door handle was on backwards so it locked from the outside. I reserved the hotel room for three adults but the bathroom only had one bath towel for all of us and two hand towels one of which was dirty. The area is sketchy and outside of hotel looks nothing like the pictures. Paid way to much for this place.

Way overpriced for the condition it was in. I booked a room that was supposed to be with 2 Queens beds but they gave me a room with 2 Twins beds.

this was the most discusting unclean room we have ever stayed at it was joining to another room whom opened the door. even though our door was closed we heard everything swearing loud noises . no telephone in the room to call the front desk. no tv old bottles under the bed dust bunnies spider nest . shower straight hot water no cold water on an shower was luke warm. worst experience i ever had. no impressed at all will not recommend anyone stay here. i will say staff at checkout was a very nice lady. only part of the stay that was nice.

An older building renovated to somewhat more modern. My room had NO CUPS. I made the front desk aware the next morning. They indicated that was not normal. They had plastic on the mattress (under the sheets). I'm not sure I liked that??

Was a wonderful stay. It was clean and the beds were comfy.

Very nice substantial “ bag” continental breakfast to go. Great to eat while on the road.

This hotel is located in an easy to reach spot for travellers, right off the highway, and is near all amenities. The room itself had decent furniture, and modern geometric art painted on the main wall. There is no elevator, that I could find anyway, so keep this in mind if you're travelling with someone mobility disabled. There is free breakfast offered in the morning.

After finding my 3rd floor room, I realized their wifi was password protected and a password was not offered when checking in. Unfortunately, there was no phone in the room so I couldn't call down to inquire. There was something wrong with the television. You could turn it on, but it was impossible to turn off and would have to turn off on its own later. The air conditioner wasn't overly cold and it mostly just made the curtains flap all night, letting in all the outside lights.

The room had been cleaned but streaks were left on all glass and surfaces. The wall outside the bathroom had old drips going down the wall. The bathroom door was a bit grimy looking and either needed a deep clean or repainting. The bathtub was older and had a cigarette burn on the ledge.

The bed itself was clean and comfortable.

The experience was OK, considering the low price point. I believe they also take dogs. Knowing that, even with my picky review above, I would probably stay here again if I was travelling with a pet.

old, run-down hotel, reasonably clean. Dayshift stuff was amazing, but nightshift was bad. If you find another place to stay for the same-ish price, go there.

Bed was worst ever got jabbed a few times by the springs in the mattress. Coffee was opened and old unusable. Offered no ice No elevator to 3rd floor. Rude front desk

Paid but did not stay! Drove around to park in back and there was a boarded up(half boards off obviously homeless people living there and a fellow sitting on steps with a bottle). No way we were going to park back there or stay there. So didn’t even see the room!

Our room smells terrible, our bathroom is dirty, dirty mirror, dirty ventilation, the TV screen is dirty, the mirror in bedroom is very dirty. We don’t know why you ask for security deposit? We should ask you for a refund for half the cost because of the very dirty room and bathroom. We even had a spider in the bathroom. Unbelievable for a Hotel that charges the same as for example Prestige Hotel in Prince George.

This reservation was made for purposes of fulfilling the request of the Canadian border agent for having hotel reservations for the trip to Alaska. Unfortunately, the toilet in the bathroom was disgusting with pubic hairs etc., the walls have splattered unknown items on them and After seeing those things it was unknown whether the sheets had actually been changed or just moved out so sleep was done on top of the covers to the bed. With all of the commitments to Covid and cleanliness I was very disappointed

Absolutely disgusting and unsafe. We checked in and immediately did not feel safe or comfortable. On our walk up to the room on the third floor we past a women who was past out in the hallway and a male in all black with a hoody on that was walking too close for comfort. When we arrived in the room we were surprised with how filthy and unkept the room was. We decided that our safety was most important and walked back downstairs to get our deposit back and fine somewhere else in Williams Lake to stay. The man at the front desk made it obvious we weren’t the first people to have changed our minds about staying there. There was also paper sign up all over the check in desk stating ‘no refunds after check in’. One of the paper signs also stated that it costs an additional $50 for every visitor you have to your room (one can only guess who they are referring too..) all in all this hotel is NOT SAFE and far from clean. I would not recommend or stay here even if my life depended on it. Although it was a waste of $120, I will never be stepping foot into that establishment again.

I don’t even know where to start. The picture that you see of the room is not what you should expect. If you have disabilities is not the place to go because there’s no elevator. Second, the smell what just off. And the room oh boy! It was just very off. And there’s even signs of winter is coming keep the hot water limited… the flush was just not working properly. The draining of the sink wasn’t doing its job. I just don’t know how this thing is standing. They say now open it should stay closed till they really upgrade and make it livable. It really felt like a hostile that has no income.

Owner of this property is extremely rude and swore at us. Will never ever book or recommend this place to anyone.

The listing is not what you get. It is very deceiving. Booked through the app. Not clean. Dirt on the floors and dirty dresser. After checking 2 rooms, I ended up sleeping in my car because it was not suitable to stay in. No refund given. Lesson learned, never pay before checking in. Price is a reflection of the state of the hotel.
