In spettacolare posizione isolata su un promontorio panoramico e con una spiaggetta sassosa privata. Ha diverse tipologie di camere: abbastanza confortevoli le Deluxe e anche le triple Superior (che hanno però solo un letto singolo e un matrimoniale alla francese), mentre sono più piccole e in una struttura arretrata le doppie/twin Superior. Tutte pulite ma bisognose di manutenzione. Personale gentile ma a volte assente. Buon ristorante e buona colazione.
Struttura un po' vecchia e con molte camere un po' trascurate, che richiederebbero una rapida ed efficace manutenzione. Personale alla reception non sempre presente. WiFi debole o assente nelle camere. Non c'è TV ma per noi non è stato un problema.

What I liked about the place was the overall layout and potential — it’s a decent hotel, and the staff were polite and responsive when we had concerns.
However, the stay was far from comfortable. The hotel is located in quite a remote area, and it felt a bit isolated and unsafe, especially at night. The rooms were old, dark, and smelled like mold. The aircon was loud, the blankets were too thin, and there were no air fresheners. The photos and descriptions online didn’t match the actual rooms, which was disappointing.
Place is gorgeous.. breakfast sucks for the price.. small/tiny portions served..
Very strong chemical or sewage smell inside the room. Bed linens are clean; washroom is clean and updated; staff were friendly and accommodating.
We recently stayed at Alta Vista Ilocandia Hotel after an exhausting 8-hour drive, hoping for a comfortable place to rest. Unfortunately, the hotel was a big letdown. The property is poorly maintained and looks very tired and unkept. The rooms and overall facilities clearly need a lot of improvement.
We didn’t have many options upon arrival, so we had no choice but to stay. It’s disappointing when expectations don’t match reality—especially after such a long trip.
On a positive note, the views from the hotel are absolutely stunning. The natural beauty of the area is a saving grace, but sadly, it’s not enough to make up for the quality of the accommodation.
the property is located near to a cliff and needs some updating. Weather was very windy and rainy when we arrived. I have to put towels on the bottom of the door to prevent the cold wind coming in the room which makes the room very cold. Glad we have asked for extra blanket, but the blanket is not sufficient. Staff are very nice and accommodating. Food is good.

The temperature in the room was too cold even with the ac off coz the door on the terrace can't be closed properly and the wind was blowing so hard.

also, food choices were quite limited
