Pros:

Appartement bien équipé et propre. Produits de toilette et d’entretien fournis. Excellent rapport qualité prix. Il y a un Lawson à l’angle de la rue. Et des restaurants quelques rues plus bas. Laverie automatique au rez-de-chaussée à côté de la réception. Lavage et séchage pour 700 yens.

Cons:

Seul bémol le bruit de la rue que l’on entend depuis l’appartement mais on peut prendre des bouchons d’oreille à la réception. Tout était parfait !

Pros:

幹線道路の交差点付近なので、車の音がうるさいのではないかと気になってましたが、二重サッシで全く気になりませんでした。これはもっとアピールしたら良いと思います。改善して欲しいところもありますが、また利用したいと思います。

Cons:

浴室がカビ臭かった。浴槽と壁の間にシャワーを掛けてかなりおさまりましたが。他にも掃除係の方が、手直しの必要なところがあっても、きちんと報告していないんだなと思わせるところがありました。あと駐車場が思ったより少し遠かった。これも歩いて何分とか、説明文に欲しいところです。

A 15 min del metro. En frente con una tienda de conveniencia. Cerca de la estación principal. Servicio de lavado bueno en primer piso.
