Check in delay out of 4 room got only one at arrival. Pool side not good, the restaurant was not proper.

Nice hotel and lovely staff but hotel not in a convenient location
Pros:

Hotel was nice and clean

Cons:

The hotel was some way out on a business park
No close amenities so if you want to go get food you had to order food on the Zamote app so you would need an Indian phone number
Also taxi drivers where not readily available to come out that far

Pros:

Staff were helpful and polite. Breakfast buffet options were great! Cleanliness was satisfactory.

Cons:

For us location was not great as we were in city for holiday. It may be great option for work travel though. Infinity pool was a little disappointing.
