Very poor
Cons:

Booked 3 rooms and paid an advance amount to block the rooms. But they provided only 2 rooms on our arrival and still I had to pay the amount for 3 rooms. Additionally booking.com has the worst customer care support. They don't provide any solutions and won't process for my refund.
