zona tranquilla e rilassante dopo la giornata a dan diego.Letti comodi...zona curata con palme e verde

la.piscina non era tanto pulita e in 1 camera c era la macchina del.caffe ma il.personale non è riuscito a trovare le cialde

Que el aire acondicionado no servia , se reporto y dijeron que no habia personal de mantenimiento disponible .
y despues el de la otra habitacion funciono pero se escuchaba muy muy fuerte que mejor optamos por apagarlo

Cockroach and dirty room issue, staff refuse any help
Pros:

I booked this hotel because I needed an affordable room close to the trolley and wasn't expecting anything luxurious. Unfortunately, I encountered three cockroaches during my stay and documented two of them on video. I also observed food debris under the entertainment center, what appeared to be dried blood on the bathroom door and a light switch, a rusty microwave, and other cleanliness concerns.
I reported the issues to the hotel, provided photographs and videos, and attempted to resolve the matter privately before posting this review. Management eventually offered a 30% refund, which I accepted, but I have not received confirmation that the refund has been processed despite multiple follow-up attempts. I also contacted Booking.com and have not yet received a response.
I understand this is a budget hotel, but I still believe guests should be able to expect a clean and properly maintained room.

Cons:

Staff ghosting me after multiple opportunities to resolve the issues, unprofessional and uncleanly facility overall, I don't expect much but was sad overall by my experience.

No tuvimos oportunidad de desayunar en el lugar, pero en general todo bien. Gracias

Cons:

Falto mas limpieza en la habitacion, habia pestañas postisas tiradas en el suelo de la parte de la cabecera de la cama, adicional habia cucarachitas en el baño, principalmente en la bañera.

Good for a night
Cons:

My $100 room deposit was never returned but instead charged the day after I checked out. Hotel said give it 3-5 days to return never did so I had to file a dispute with my bank. The cash deposit is $200 and worth it to guarantee you get it back. 🤷🏾‍♀️

The stay was horrible and both booking and the property refuse to give compensation for the awful condo

We checked in at midnight on the 4th of July so I was unable to find a new room. The room had roaches in the beds and bathtub, there was mold, the outlets were coming out of the wall and it was a fire hazard, the room smelled, the ac was so dirty and when we turned it in the dust started falling into the bed, this room was the nastiest room I’ve ever been in.
