There was no stay they took my money and thats it. And booking did help one bit

La chica de recepcion es una racista grosera despota, según no habla español obvio es bilingue, problemas con la puertas instalaciones muy viejas sim mantenimiento, alberca en reparacion, las llaves para abrir mucho problema, mal olor e las habitationes, salí y las housekeeping abrieron y se metieron no hay privacidad, es primera vez y muy mala experiencia, no lo recomiendo ! Gusanos en la habitation ni porque uno paga tiene derecho, según supone viven del huesped . El cliente es primero aquí no aplica !

Felt like I was robbed of my money and felt completely disrespected don't recommend this place

The worst experience at a hotel ever

Cons:

First started the pool was closed by health department, the beds need to be replaced very uncomfortable, and at the end of my stay they kept my deposit and blamed me for staining they're already stained bed cover , which I asked myself even if I dirtied it how did they know it was stained if they didn't even try washing it yet . They said that was a forty dollar charge which left me still with 60 to be returned but then they said they were keeping it all because I removed their smoke alarm which was a lie . Lol why would I remove a smoke alarm , so I asked to speak to the manager and was denied , they said there wasn't one . I was completely shocked at how they would do something like that and the more questions I would try to ask I was more and more ignored or blown off by the girl at the front desk

The sheets and blankets are not clean, I think they had fungus or something, I was itching everywhere
