Good, but you have to work on the first impression on every single thing. little things add up.
Pros:

The service was good. When I arrived I noticed the WC was not working. I went to the reception and told the staff and the maintenance guy came in after a couple of minutes and fixed it.
My first impression was that they didn't check the functionality of the room, but they fixed fast so I have no complaints in this regard. Had they not fixed it quickly I guess I would have rate it poorly.

Cons:

People next door was making a lot of noise at night and I couldn't sleep well. The Hotel should implement some sort of advice or deep knowledgeable note to let the people know that silence is important to keep or that they should remain silent, because that is respect for others.
The coffee maker should not be at the bathroom, it should be at the table, it is also risky to have it there and it doesnt help to the visuals. The bathroom have poor visuals and needs maintenance, it doesn't feel healthy.

La habitación cómoda y limpia, camas de buen tamaño

Cons:

El exterior se ve muy deteriorado, la oficina olía horrible, y se ve el exterior feo al entrar da mala imagen, requiere cambio y el personal de recepción debe ser más agradable

Close to my work

Cons:

It was 4:45 am and no one was available at the front desk when I wanted to check out. Front desk door was locked and no sign, nor key drop box. I dialed several times to the office, and no one answered. I called later during the day to let front desk I left hotel earlier that morning leaving the key in the room. I was not satisfied having to leave the hotel like that.

I liked that the hotel was close to restaurants and the beds were comfortable.. The house cleaning was very professional. I stayed for 2 nights and asked for the 2nd day toHave my room cleaned with no problems they did so. I would stay again at Hotel palmera I really recommend it.

Run as far away, as fast as you can.

The air conditioner was mounted
on the top of wall, could not adjust without a ladder.
Door knob falling off
Room was dirty
Bath mat had not been washed, clumps of hair and dirt on it.
Bed was basically an inner spring with a blanket on top, huge sink holes
Every corner was filthy
There were burn holes in the sheets
I have pictures of all this but it would not let me post more than 4.
