Overall, exactly what I was looking for and I’ll be back.
Pros:

The room was perfect. Two things. The first is beyond your control - the traffic noise was incredibly loud. The second is the toilet was blocked and it took a day to fix that so I didn’t even mention the partially blocked sink.

Cons:

Responding to the toilet problem quicker.
