Nice castle with good hotel/restaurant service level and excellent staff
Pros:

Nice castle in nice small city with excellent staff in reception and in the restaurant, which is very good . You can see some parts of castle for free. We were having very quiet room in first floor with windows to the courtyard . It looked like one part of the castle was undergoing interior renovation, but it didn't bother us at all. We also visited a wonderfull Dom of Saint Marie which is part of the castle . City is worth for one night stay from our point of view but castle hotel can be a good base for Saxony trips

Schlafen im Schloss, naja..
Pros:

Kühles Zimmer bei Sommerhitze

Cons:

Nicht wirklich sauber, Spinnweben überall. Bett total durchgelegen. Am Morgen waren wir total zerstochen.....
Kein Kühlschrank, teuer.

Die Lage.

Cons:

Schloßhotel, aber nur von außen. Der Zimmertrakt hat null Schloßambiete. Die Zimmer selbst haben die besten Jahre hinter sich.

Pros:

Das Personal hat für die Gäste keine Zeit. Es gab Probleme mit der Bezahlen. Kein Durchblick im Büro. War alles durcheinander. Man kommt sich vor wie Zechprellerei. Nach 4 Wochen konnte erst nach Anruf selber alles geregelt werden. Nie wieder.

Cons:

Diese Aroganz. Immer keine Zeit für die Gäste.

Schönes Ambiente im echten Schloss.
Pros:

Tolle Lage, schöne Zimmer mit gute Matrazen.

Cons:

Viel Schimmel in der Dusche und sehr altes renovierungsbedürftiges Badezimmer.

Schlechter Service und Kommunikation!
Pros:

Das Schloss ist schön und zentral gelegen.

Cons:

Leider haben wir nicht das gebuchte Zimmer bekommen und das war nicht das erste Mal, dass wir enttäuscht wurden. Die Kommunikation der Mitarbeiter lässt zu wünschen übrig. Beim Frühstück am Sonntag war eine Dame, die völlig überfordert war und auch nicht kommunikativ. Wirklich schade, wie wir dort jetzt schon 2mal behandelt wurden. Einmal im Restaurant und einmal im Hotel. Noch eine Chance gibt es nicht.

Un albergo in un castello
Pros:

Hotel in castello. Buon ristorante. Stanza ampia e confortevole

Cons:

Non c'è aria condizionata ma con muri spessi è comunque fresco.
Le campane di fronte suonano alle 7del mattino.
