Awesome, clean space with a great location!! 📍
Pros:

I’m impressed by the location, cleanliness, and friendly staff.

Cons:

The food was not good at all. It could be better. The fruit was not fresh, and if you don't have fresh cut fruit, put out apples and bananas. The service area where the food was being served was clean, so the staff did a great job; it's just the food choices were meh. So, I went out for breakfast.

Cons:

The bbq area was not tidy and the bbq itself was not in good condition to use. This site is left without an attention.

Nice place to stay if you don’t mind a few inconveniences
Pros:

It was fresh, clean, new and very nice. They have a wonderful heated salt-water pool! The pool was great on cool evenings in the Spring

Cons:

It was tucked back in an area that wasn’t easy to get in and out of from the main highway, it was situated behind a Walmart, there weren’t enough handicapped parking spaces, and the breakfast, although given some thought for uniqueness, was always cold

We had an amazing experience! Highly recommend.
Pros:

Receptionist was really nice and was ready to check me in, the room was excellent and it was super clean and organized, breakfast was awesome it was my kids favorite part of the stay. It was also a great location, everything was near by

Cons:

There wasn’t any kid shows to watch.

Honestly I'd pay more for a perfect room and the price we paid for that filth was less than okay.

Provided a full kitchen to cook while staying.

Cons:

The shower curtain was covered in filth, the beds were overused and uncomfortable. Various spots around the room that were covered in grime. The utentisals we were given to cook with were dirty. Was told they would clean the next day no one ever came. The lady was nice, the man there was rude. The tv didnt have very many channels and streaming to it was difficult. Breakfest was okay but you expect more for the price.

Excellent place to stay!
Pros:

Clean property! Staff was very helpful and friendly. check out and check-in process was very simple. We had an ADA accessible room —actually a suite. it was quite spacious with a living room, kitchenette , two queen beds and a huge bathroom. It was very accessible for my needs and I would definitely stay here again.the location was quite nice and inviting. Very quiet area

Cons:

I found my bed a little too soft but that’s often personal preference so some people might be ok with it.

Great location and easy to get to everywhere. Always smells so clean and people there are great.
Pros:

Great place to stay with a really good breakfast and the whole place is so clean. We have stayed here many times and love it. Great value for the money.

Cons:

Pool area does need upgraded with some umbrellas on tables. There is no shade at all.

Pros:

Location was great for where and what I wanted to do while in Charleston.

Cons:

The breakfast was not good. In fact, I could not find anything on the buffet that I liked. The french toast was like cardboard.

Sometimes BETTER than home...
Pros:

This hotel should be the standard for ALL Hyatt hotels. I have stayed at this hotel multiple times in all seasons and never is never a "down time" for this property. In the summer, the AC is perfect and comfortable day and night. In the colder months, the heater is cozy and homey.

The rooms are always crispy clean and the bathroom...no strange hairs or stains. Each corner is clean and makes you wish you could have their expert cleaning team come to your own house and take care of the things we miss.

I love this hotel and when my kids move away from the area, I will truly miss getting to visit this hotel.

Amazing breakfast! Custom omelets!
Pros:

Everything was clean and neat. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and the bold coffee was superb!
Hyatt House is close to restaurants, Total Wine, and Walmart so nothing is far away. Also, you are only a few minutes from both Isle of Palms beaches and Sullivan's island beaches!

Definitely stay here.
Pros:

A wonderful hotel. Clean and a great breakfast. It was quiet and the staff were accommodating. Located in a quiet neighborhood and a direct route to Charleston.
