Location of this property was fantastic for our visit purposes and family function in Mt Pleasant. We enjoyed access to a variety of breakfast options and the liberal availability of the common areas for our 4 night stay
The overly chemical aroma of room freshener was cloying and as windows did not open, the atmosphere in the room sometimes felt thick. The counteract was extra AC - not a great option.

Lighting , size and no daily cleaning of room.
Not much.
Breakfast closed at 9am. No one on vacation is up that early. There was no help with luggage. Had to carry mine in and out. No information was provided about anything. Our room was not cleaned after our first night.
Very friendly staff that accomodated all of our requests and have excellent information about area dining locations. The recommendations were spot on. The continental style breakfast was above average and made omelettes for my wife. She was a happy girl! The room was large, clean and comfortable. Plenty of parking with no issues at all. Upon my next trip to Charleston, I will be staying there again.

Not the property but the beds in the room are not comfortable at all mattress are too hard ther then that nice stay
Everything was clean and well maintained.
Price was pretty high for a pet. Children make a bigger mess than our dog.

No accessible power source near the TV for gaming devices.
It was right across the street from our appointment. Once we got there we realized how it was nicely located close to May things to do

Microwave extremely to high to safely remove hot foods at 4 ft 11 it's basically unusable for me. . Breakfast was adequate but coffee was cold and some containers were out at 7am.
I traveled to the area for a Christmas getaway. It was a spacious room that mimicked an apartment. The hotel breakfast was excellent. Hotel staff was very courteous and cleaned the room daily upon request.
Stayed for the Christmas holiday while visiting family. We have now stayed at this hotel about five times in 2025 and love it! Clean, friendly staff and good amenities.
We will be back in January.
I stay here when in town I love the location it’s very clean and quiet and they go above and beyond with service especially the morning breakfast crew and set up it’s great!
