Terrible customer service - gave away our room after having reservation for 1 year.
Pros:

After calling around 9am the morning of check in, to confirm our reservations (and yes, they confirmed at this time), they called us back about an hour later to say there is a problem with our one bedroom suite and they had to bumped us our to a studio room. Said it was the only room available. After going back and forth they said one if the managers would call us back. Instead of calling she emailed my husband and said they would give us one night free and apologized. we were furious but went there anyway to find it to be way smaller than the pictures on line. A full size refrigerator was in the living room...the end table was in the kitchen blocking the entrance from one side into the living room. we had 2 suitcases and there was a space for one, but because this room was so small we had to put one suitcase on the kitchen counter! Again we complained Sylivia at the front desk was completely rude and unhelpful...told us the manager would call us back . The manager called us the next morning and said it was too bad and there was nothing they could do....

We come to find out that when we booked the room the a year ago, the rate was less than half. than the current rate! They bumped us to get a much higher rate!! Absolutely outrageous! The manager told us if we didn't like it we can check out...so we did...that same terrible room they offered was now more than double the cost within minutes.

We also found out they have a large amount of day laborers stay there from out of state. The room we got must have been one of those rooms because it had 2 refrigerators in the room!

We have been coming there for years, this was absolutely unacceptable! They know how to take a reservations, but they don't know how to hold a reservation!!

We went down to the Marriott residence inn and they were just fabulous!

Pros:

Great place to stay during our visit to Charleston and the staff were very friendly and helpful. If I return to the area, I would definitely stay at the Hyatt House again.

This was a great property with a very friendly and accommodating staff on every level of need.
Pros:

Location of this property was fantastic for our visit purposes and family function in Mt Pleasant. We enjoyed access to a variety of breakfast options and the liberal availability of the common areas for our 4 night stay

Cons:

The overly chemical aroma of room freshener was cloying and as windows did not open, the atmosphere in the room sometimes felt thick. The counteract was extra AC - not a great option.

Uma excelente opção de estadia em Charlestone
Pros:

Quarto espaçoso, bem decorado, cama confortável, microondas, chuveiro bom, boa internet, estacionamento gratuito, muito bom café da manhã

Cons:

Fica a uns 20 min do centro de Charlestone, mas faz parte para ter um custo menor e estacionamento gratuito!
