Ausgezeichnetes Hotel
Pros:

Ausgezeichnetes Personal,hab noch nie ein Hotel mit so einem super Service erlebt,schon bei der Ankunft bis zur Abreise immer jemand zur Stelle,.Die Koffer wurden Transportiert,ein Fahr service und auch immer kaltes Trinkwasser wurden Angeboten.

Pros:

This hotel is really nice, and the staff are super friendly and always happy to help. They were always around to give us a hand and even gave us cold water bottles whenever we got back after a long day.

Our rooms were always clean and neat and the view from the room was amazing.

Cons:

The only real problem was that Saranda is super hilly, and our hotel was way up top. Walking up and down the hill was a bit of a struggle.

You will find no better hotel in Sarandë!!
Pros:

Het personeel was ongeloofwaardig uitstekend! Beter ga je het niet treffen. Het hotel is super schoon en heel modern. Uitgebreid ontbijt en altijd gratis drankjes bij binnenkomst en vertrek.

Cons:

Oprecht helemaal niks!

One of the best hotels I have stayed in!
Pros:

Everything was great from the beginning - polite and smiling staff; very clean, modern rooms; breakfast had a lot of options, including fruits. The view from the room is stunning! Room also has air conditioning, which is very quiet. There is also enough toiletries provided in the rooms, including toothbrush, and everything is refilled daily.
You can exchange small amount of money right at the hotel. They also give you cold bottle of water every time you leave or return to hotel.
One important detail - they have free transfer option. There is a dedicated employee for that and we used it for getting to/from Saranda bus station. He is also usually at the hotel in the morning, so you can get accidental drop off to be beach too if you want :)

Cons:

There is really nothing to complain about. Walk to/from beach is a bit steep - can be hard for elderly and baby strollers, but it is easily compensated by the free transfer option!

Pros:

Ubicado en la zona más tranquila de Saranda. El hotel se ve que está completamente nuevo.
El personal es maravilloso y siempre dispuesto a ayudarte. De hecho, te ayudan a subir el equipaje y te dan una bebida fría cada vez que llegas al hotel, así como un souvenir cuando te marchas.
Nuestra habitación tenía unas vistas espectaculares a la bahía de Saranda, además de ser muy amplia y moderna.
El desayuno es bufé y muy variado, especialmente una cantidad muy diversa de frutas.
Dispone de aparcamiento privado, lo cual es fundamental en Saranda.

Cons:

El camino de acceso al hotel es muy muy empinado por lo que hay que tener cuidado para entrar.

Am besten hat uns das Personal gefallen. Alle waren unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und herzlich. Man fühlt sich sofort wie zu Hause und wird bei allem unterstützt. Auch sonst war alles sehr schön und angenehm.

Cons:

Es gab eigentlich nichts, was uns nicht gefallen hat. Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden.

Ευγενικό προσωπικό, πολύ καθαρό, επιλέξαμε δωμάτιο με θέα στη θάλασσα το οποίο ήταν πολύ άνετο αν έχει κ παιδί!!! Μας προσέφεραν καθημερινά εμφιαλωμένο νερό (χωρίς χρέωση) και φεύγοντας μας έκαναν κ αναμνηστικά δωράκια!!!

Cons:

Αν κ υπήρχε μέσα στο ξενοδοχείο ασανσέρ μέχρι να μπεις μέσα στο ξενοδοχείο πρέπει να ανέβεις σκαλιά (και να ανεβάσεις τις αποσκευές)
