Amazing stay
Pros:

The hotel is really modern and clean with a sea view. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Everytime we go in or out of the hotel they offered us cold bottles of water free of charge to beat the heat. Breakfast was superb. The hotel is within walking distance to the centre and beach but it is on a hilly road however they offer transport to the beach and back. They also gave us a souvenir before leaving.

That we had to leave.

Ci sono hotel in cui si dorme bene, e poi ci sono posti che riescono a trasformare una semplice vacanza in un ricordo che porterai con te per sempre. Questo è uno di quei posti.

Fin dal primo momento ci siamo sentiti accolti con un calore e una gentilezza davvero rari. Lo staff è sempre sorridente, disponibile e attento a ogni esigenza, facendoti sentire più un ospite di famiglia che un semplice cliente.

La camera era impeccabile: spaziosa, pulitissima, arredata con gusto e dotata di ogni comfort. Uno degli aspetti che ci ha conquistati di più è stata senza dubbio la colazione: davvero eccezionale. Ogni mattina ci aspettava un buffet ricchissimo, con una varietà incredibile di prodotti dolci e salati, frutta fresca, yogurt, cereali, pane, brioche, torte, succhi, bevande calde e tante specialità preparate con cura. Era impossibile non trovare qualcosa di proprio gradimento, e la qualità degli ingredienti si percepiva in ogni assaggio. Una colazione così abbondante e completa rendeva ogni giornata il modo migliore per iniziare.

La posizione è perfetta per esplorare Saranda e godersi le sue splendide spiagge, ma ciò che rende questo hotel speciale sono le persone che ci lavorano e la passione che mettono in ogni dettaglio.

Ogni servizio è stato all'altezza delle aspettative, se non superiore.

È raro trovare un luogo dove tutto sia così curato: pulizia, comfort, ospitalità e atmosfera. Se tornassi a Saranda, non prenderei nemmeno in considerazione un altro hotel.

Grazie di cuore per aver reso il nostro soggiorno indimenticabile. Ci avete regalato molto più di una vacanza: ci avete fatto sentire a casa. Consiglierò questo hotel a chiunque voglia vivere un'esperienza autentica e perfetta.

Great hotel with exceptional staff
Pros:

Exceptional hotel - feels more like a 5 star than a 3 star hotel. We had a large stylish comfortable room with an amazing view over the sea. The hotel is only a short walk from lots of great restaurants. What really sets it apart are the amazing staff, I’ve never experienced such friendly and helpful service. Nothing was too much trouble, all the staff went above and beyond. Wish we had stayed longer

Pros:

Wat een geweldig verblijf in dit hotel! Alles was tot in de puntjes verzorgd en het personeel was echt ontzettend lief en behulpzaam. Je voelt je hier meteen welkom en ze doen er alles aan om je verblijf zo fijn mogelijk te maken. De sfeer is relaxed en warm, en alles was super schoon en comfortabel. Ik zou dit hotel zeker aanraden en kom hier graag nog eens terug!

Amazing place to stay
Pros:

Incredible value for money, looked like a brand new hotel. Welcome drinks on arrival, friendly staff, free parking, comfortable beds and all the facilities you need in the room. Even got a "thank you gift" when checking out!

Just another concrete box in the tourist trap that Sarande has become.
Pros:

Hotel staff were kind and helpful. Bed was comfortable and AC worked.

Cons:

No pool or common sitting area. Very little character. My room had a view of an abandoned lot and building skeletons.

Al arribar ens van donar un suc de taronja a cadascú mentre ens ensenyaven on era la nosta habitació i el seu funcionament. A l'habitació, que estava molt ben equipada, ens esperaven una ampolla gran d'aigua, cafè i infusions a més d'un mini bar amb una gran varietat de productes a un bon preu.
Cada matí al sortir del hotel i al vespre al tornar-ne ens donaven una ampolla d'aigua freda a cadascú. L'últim dia, en fer el check-out, ens van donar dos ampolles més i una bossa amb tres souvenir de regal.

My girlfriend and I have stayed at many hotels across the world and by far this has been the best hospitality we have ever experienced. All the staff at this hotel are so kind and will go over and above for you. But not in a way that you feel like they’re asking for a tip but in a way that they actually care and want you to have the best experience possible. Massive thank you to Edi, the two young men and lady on reception :)

Not only are the staff amazing, but so is the room and breakfast. If you’re coming to Sarande stay here!

Pros:

The view from our room was exceptional! The staff are wonderful and very welcoming - it was really hot when we stayed so the staff always offer us 2 bottles of cold water whenever we go out. Also a shout out to the hotel manager who gave us many great recommendations for our next leg of the trip!

Cons:

The drive upward to reach the hotel parking was very steep - but you get used to it after driving up once or twice. Aside from that, the hotel is situated very close to the centre and the drive up actually gave us a distance away from the city noise without comprising the views.
