C’était super je recommande
Pros:

Nous avons passé un excellent moment dans cet hôtel. Dès notre arrivée, l’accueil a été absolument remarquable : chaleureux, souriant, et surtout à l’écoute. Toute l’équipe était toujours disponible pour répondre à nos besoins, avec une gentillesse sincère qui fait toute la différence. La chambre toujours très propre rien à dire.

Ce qui nous a particulièrement touchés, c’est l’attention portée aux petits détails : ils prenaient le temps de discuter avec nous, de s’assurer que tout se passait bien, et tout cela dans une ambiance détendue et bienveillante. On se sent vraiment comme chez soi. Nous avons même eu le droit à des petits cadeaux à notre départ. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

El personal muy amable en especial el chico de la recepción, en todo momento dispuesto a darnos sugerencias
El desayuno súper completo el mejor de todos los hoteles en Albania

Cons:

Está un poco alejado del centro en un alto en el que subir con el coche es un poquito complicado pero a cambio se respira una tranquilidad que en el centro de Sarande no hay.
Andando al centro hay 10-15 minutos

Bonne situation de l hôtel
Pros:

Hôtel tout neuf très confortable .. personnel accueillant qui nous a même guide en voiture pour sortir de l hôtel et trouver notre chemin. Nous avons apprécié le calme , à 10 minutes à pieds de la vie trépidante de Saranda

De diez menos por la cuesta
Pros:

El hotel está genial: comida, personal, trato, instalaciones, habitación. La verdad es que todo de diez, aunque solo estuviéramos una noche.
Llegamos y nos recibieron con un zumo y al irnos nos dieron una bolsa con souvenirs de regalo. Fueron majísimos y estuvimos muy bien.

Cons:

La ubicación, pese a estar cerca de la calle principal, es en una colina, con una cuesta bastante empinada y complicada para subir en coche o andando. Si estuviera una calle más abajo, sería un hotel increíble.

Personale molto gentile e accogliente. Vista fantastica con tramonto, stanza pulita e ampia. Colazione ben fornita. Alla fine della permanenza ci hanno regalato anche dei souvenir.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und Ordentlich. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Egal ob Putzfrauen, die Frauen vom Frühstück oder die Rezeptionisten alle waren so höflich wie man es sich nur wünscht. Wir wurden mit einem kleinen Geschenk empfangen. Bevor wir unsere Reise nach Albanien angetreten haben, hatten wir Kontakt mit dem Hotel aufgenommen und gefragt ob Sie uns ein Taxi zum Hafen organisieren können. Sie antworteten sehr schnell und haben uns persönlich am Hafen abgeholt, was uns sehr gefreut hat.

Pros:

Spent 2 nights there in September. Excellent experience !!
Staff was super friendly and they offered us drinks when we arrived and also some souvenirs when we left. The guy at the reception was super nice and helpful. The breakfast also was very diverse and the products were high quality. The view from the balcony was mesmerizing, you could see the whole bay of Saranda from there. Highly recommend going to this hotel
