It was so pleasant until I visited in February and April
Pros:

Lobby view of the beach was very beautiful. Eating breakfast while gazing at the beach was so relaxing.

Closeness to the beach, cleanliness of hotel.

Cons:

Elevators took a long time, it was also 80 degrees in the elevator area, it made it hot to wait the 10 minutes to get on the 2 of 3 elevators as one was down the entire time. Most of the time we gave up waiting and took the stairs to the 10th floor where our room was.

PCB Fun Minus the Elevators
Pros:

The poolside bartender Estella was the best; she was literally a one woman show. The hotel restaurant had a tasty menu with refreshing alcoholic drinks. The ladies at the Dolce la Vita treated me and my companion wonderfully!!! The front desk clerk Austin was friendly and made the check-in process seamless.

Cons:

The elevators were inefficient with one breaking down while the hotel was at full occupancy. I did not receive any housekeeping during a 4 day stay.
