Wonderful hotel!
Pros:

Very nice hotel! Clean room and comfortable beds. Good value for modern oceanfront hotel. Staff extremely nice! Elevators are fast and all 3 working…(saw previous reviews with elevators down). Beach is beautiful! Breakfast included was good. Nice to have onsite sandwich/pizza/ice cream shop too! First 3 floors of hotel was covered parking.

Cons:

Parking was additional $20/night. But this seems to be the norm in bigger cities.

Stay was great.
Pros:

Breakfast was great. View was awesome. Location was wonderful.

Cons:

The elevators…1 was in and out of service causing backlog of people. Then you add staff who have their work carts that is just a big mess.

Serenity was give to my days stay at the hotel.
Pros:

The beautiful view of the beach while eating the great breakfast they provided with the stay.

Cons:

The $20 fee for parking think it could be $15
