Great hotel, poor sleep on the bed
Pros:

The staff were great.
The pool and facilities were pretty neat.

Cons:

The hotel bed was a bit small for my liking, queen is just too small. And uncomfortable. I woke up with a sore back.
Definitely too small for 2 adults and 2 children (7 and 9 years)

Ocean view is awesome

Cons:

The time it takes to check in. The check-in time is 4pm unless you pay $150 for early check-in. We arrived at 3pm, there were 3 staff members at counter. At 4pm, for about 20 minutes, there was only 1 staff person checking customers in. There was a long line with people complaining. After driving for 3.5 hours to Panama, you are ready to get your vacation started and not stand in line for 30 minutes. No apology from management.

An unsanitary room and poor response made for a very disappointing stay.

Our room was poorly cleaned, with hair, food debris, and visible signs of neglect throughout. The worst part was discovering a urine-soaked mattress after our family had already settled in for the night, and the only solution offered was replacement sheets. Extremely disappointing experience and a lack of customer service when we reported a serious sanitation issue.

The breakfast

The room service is horrible we stayed Tuesday to Friday and Nobody came and made the bed or cleaned the room you have to go to the desk and ask what you need otherwise you will not have clean towels or even toilet paper specially when you bring sand in the bedroom they need to vacuum every day 😞

Horrible! The bed is making my back hurt as well. I also have to ask for a towel. Since they only give me 1!
Pros:

They were late checking me in and then they told me there was no available room for me facing the ocean on which that’s what I wanted! They were not accommodating and didn’t about like they are sorry at all! So that was a bummer!

Pros:

Breakfast was so so. Watery eggs and floppy sausage. 20 min wait for waffles. But it was 4th of July weekend. So extra busy. And not in the room or lobby, but every other place smelled like a locker room. 10-15 waits at the elevators. And the shower was the strangest setup I have ever seen. And the handle wasn’t working right and water pressure was horrible

Overall, a great trip the elevators were a little slow, but something we can get over mail later during the day was the

The access to the beach, the staff was amazing and the convenience of front beach road

Cons:

The King studio was all handicap accessible only and I did not like that however, we did try to change the room and there were none available, but I wish they would specify that in the online booking and the staff apologized for that
