Cons:

It’s not a resort style hotel at all. All the amenities close before 7pm. Can’t even get a drink by the pool after 645. They also don’t clean the pool daily. There was trash wrappers floating for multiple days as well as a million bugs that needed scooped out.

The perfect beach vacation!
Pros:

This is the perfect location! The beach is only steps away. There were plenty of breakfast choices and the staff is very friendly and tends to you needs very quickly.

I liked the location. Very convenient to access the beach.

Cons:

I did not like that there seemed to be very few rules in place at this property. Guests were allowed to walk throughout the hotel without shoes or shirts after coming in from the beach or pool. Although this is a beachfront property, I think having and enforcing some basic rules would make the hotel feel much cleaner and more put together.

I also saw guests using the hotel towels provided for guests to dry off their dogs after coming in from the beach or pool. There never seemed to be staff around monitoring these areas or enforcing any rules.

Another major issue was the Wi-Fi. It connected to our phones and laptops but would not connect to my child’s tablet. This was a big inconvenience, especially when traveling with a toddler. When I asked the front desk for help, they did not know how to resolve the issue and simply told me that their Wi-Fi is just like that with tablets.

Overall, I think the property could greatly improve by having clearer rules, better staff oversight, and a more reliable Wi-Fi system for all devices.

Tolles Hotel,jederzeit wieder

Tolle Lage direkt am Strand,sehr gutes Frühstück,toller Trainingsraum, sehr schönes Zimmer

Cons:

Frühstück nur bis 9Uhr und sehr chaotisch,da gefühlt fast alle erst um halb 9 zum Frühstück kommen

If the elevators worked properly, the stay would have been perfect.

Cons:

One of the three elevators was broken which made getting to/from the hotel room, breakfast, and pool very frustrating- the wait was ridiculous.
