That they don’t sell half gallons of milk for toddlers
Location on the beach was fantastic. Pool was as advertised. Breakfast staff was helpful and friendly. Check in/out staff friendly.
Advertised time for check in is 4pm. We arrived at 530pm and room was not ready. Multiple people waited for rooms to be ready, while others got checked in without issue. Only accommodations offered was a card to move around in the hotel but who wants to move around with all their stuff. Parking garage is part of the hotel, yet still charged $23 a day. Why is that fee not part of the room cost? The sofa cushion in the room needed replaced. Had a big rip in it. Carpet in the room felt sticky in places. Was not good value. Would not stay again. Room not being ready until after 6pm, when advertised at 4 is not acceptable.
Everything we truly enjoyed this hotel more than any other hotel we’ve been at.
House keeping was kind of slow on getting more bed linen but they were very apologetic and met our every need.
The location was great and being able to just walk on the beach was really great.
Weren’t able to check in until 7 PM. Was only offered free ice cream and a drink for our wait. The elevators were super busy.

Austin at the front desk was exceptional and very welcoming. The lady (so sorry i did not catch her name)at the coffee shop on-site was very very nice and made a fantastic cup of coffee. The rooms were clean, the AC worked great. The breakfast buffet was good also-not 5 star but included which is always a good thing when it saves you 30 dollars a day.
I had trouble connecting to the wifi, though I didnt go to the front desk to ask for help so that could have been an error on my part.
Location
The staff at the front desk were unprofessional! We checked in at our check-in time, and they could get us into a room until 5:45pm. The continental breakfast was horrible! The food at the on-site restaurant was horrible! The elevators did not work properly, leaving all the guests frustrated! I would never stay at this Spring Hill Suites again!
