Had a wonderful stay here while travelling from spooky nook for a volleyball weekend. Would definitely stay here again!

Hotel was clean and lovely. Good location. Staff/reservations need improvement.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent. There was plenty to choose from both hot and cold. Everything was clean and the food was fresh. Our King Room was large and clean and the beds were very comfortable. The pool area was clean and water temp was good. The AC in our room worked extremely well.

Cons:

The water pressure in shower could have been a little stronger. Reservation was a bit messed up after I had changed it from 3 to 2 nights. Instead, the front desk had 2 reservations for me, one for 3 and one for 2 nights. I got that cleared up after a small confrontation with front desk staff. Aldo, I called in about 2 hours before I checked in to see if I could get adjoining rooms or room close to my daughter who also had a reservation. I was assured we could be near each other on same end of floor. When I got my room assignment and key it turned out that I was on an entirely different floor on the OPPOSITE side of the hall.

We requested suitable handicap facilities. I asked for the bottom floor of our room to be trashed, pubic hair in the toilet and shower. The coffee pot did not work. The desk gave me another one and told me to clean it out. It was filthy. I requested that Sunday night be reduced to $169.00. The front desk said the booking had to do this. You guys get it right

Nice place to stay with family.
Pros:

The room was very nice. It was great having a large tv and a table at which more than one person could sit and eat.

Cons:

The phone didn't work to call the front desk so we had to go down there. There were no sheets or pillows in the room for the pull out couch, although there was a comforter in the closet.

Family Visit to Lancaster
