Ample / free parking
Good water pressure and showers
Comfortable mattress for many guests
Cons:
No in-room microwave or mini-fridge reported repeatedly

Occasional rude staff or slow night response; deposit/extra charge disputes
Ice machines down at times
Limited amenities (small gym, older carpets, pricey laundry)
Categories
Cleanliness
8.8
Multiple guests repeatedly described rooms as clean or very clean; several comments say 'extremely clean' and noted fresh-smelling rooms and clean A/C filters and showers.
Service
8.6
Service sentiment is generally positive with many mentions of helpful, friendly front-desk staff and quick check-in, though a few reports cite rude staff, slow night response, and disputes over deposit/extra charges.
Location
7.8
Location is convenient (close to venues and restaurants, ample parking) but multiple guests noted a very noisy street, sirens and busy traffic at night which lowers the score slightly.
Room Quality
7.6
Rooms are described as clean with good water pressure and firm mattresses; some mentions of older carpets and a noisy A/C unit but overall acceptable to good room quality.
Amenities
5.8
Amenity feedback is negative: many guests report no mini-fridge, no microwave in-room, no breakfast/coffee, ice machines down, and a very small gym — consistent complaints across reviews.
Value for Money
7
Mixed signals: some guests note good price/performance, while others call out unexpected fees, deposit disputes, or feel the lack of basic amenities reduces perceived value.
Food and Beverage
5.2
Food & beverage offerings are generally lacking — multiple reports of no breakfast, no coffee pot and no in-room fridge for storing food; guests relied on nearby eateries instead.
Overall Experience
10
Despite amenity and occasional service issues, a large share of reviewers said they'd recommend or stay again, praising cleanliness and helpful staff — resulting in a very strong overall impression.
