Worst experience ever

Cons:

Besides them charging me over $60 more for the price i saw online, the room smelled like smoke and moisture, bed were very uncomfortable, restroom had half a roll of toilet paper. Tv did not work, i was there 2 nights and it was the worse hotel experience i’ve ever had!! And the lady at check in was rude and did not know why she was charging more.

Son unos abusivos porque llevo llamando más de 3 días para confirmar unos montos extras que me hicieron a tarjeta de crédito y no me dan respuesta. Pagué 123 dólares por una noche de servicio y de la nada me están cobrando 60 dólares extras en una de mis tarjetas y 14 dólares más en otra aparte de eso en la tarjeta que me descontaron los 60 dólares. Había un depósito de seguridad de 100 dólares que son reglamentarios y ya más de 4 días desde que estuve en ese hotel y no me han retornado ese depósito. No puedo creer que un hotel tan patético por una noche me salga en más de 200 dólares. Por favor, ¿He estado en hoteles mucho mejores en todos los sentidos y he pagado entre 100 a 150 dólares la noche..Gente abusiva.
