El hotel esta clausurado, es un fraude deberían quitarlo de su aplicación

El lugar muy limpio y bonito. No tiene estacionamiento propio.

Fue una buena estancia sin embargo la habitación que nos otorgaron se escuchaba mucho ruido, por tener unas rendijas por donde pasaba hasta el frio

solo se ebe de mejorar el acceso a internet es un hotel muy bueno y muy cerca del zocalo

Buen lugar, se cuentra en la parte centro, lo que lo hace accecible a todo.

Lo que no me gusto es que no cuenta con estacionamiento en el hotel y hay que andar buscando y no tienen valet parking que lleve tu auto

Excelente ubicación, camas cómodas y buena atención

Lo que no me gusto es que sabiendo cuantos huéspedes éramos no había suficientes toallas y tuve que ir a pedir, ademas no había suficiente papel sanitario adicionalmente en la pagina de expedia en la parte de entretenimiento se menciona que existe televisión por cable incluyendo Netflix mismo que no estaba habilitado, por último, se menciona que tienen estacionamiento y efectivamente lo tienen en otro lugar y con costo

WoW hotel super limpio, bien ubicado a media cuadra del Zócalo y a una cuadra y media del mercado donde se come la mejor cecina. Muy linda la recepcionista, amable y servicial. Recomiendo al 💯%.

Tiene cerca el mercado de 24 hrs la terminal de autobuses y el centro. Buena ubicación

Esta muy bien la estancia y súper bien la ubicación, lo único que les recomiendo es que no hagan tanto ruido en las mañanas las personas del servicio de ahí del restaurante ya que se escucha en la habitación.

The hotel is clean, the staff is welcoming and helpful. The rooms size is good enough for the price. The bathroom works perfectly (good shower pressure and clean) and the bed is firm. Very good for the price.

I am reviewing this hotel as a NEW hotel, with a budget price. That is, we were paying $34/night... it is newly renovated, and newly opened. The rooms are nicely appointed, although they do not have AC. At the front desk, the managers are willing to lend fans, and the sleep quality is pretty good. The hotel staff is kind and attentive, such that they are helpful and pleasant at all times.

Finally, the hotel has a restaurant associated with it (not on TripAdvisor!), and you can have a "desayuno americano" as part of the hotel room price. This breakfast is quite generous ... coffee/tea, juice/fruit, and eggs or chilaquiles prepared as you wish. We were quite full by the end of it.

The hotel staff also went the extra 10 yards for us ... we were eager not to miss two different soccer matches, and they were more than happy to set up a table in front of the TV, and then brought us chips and salsa, and even shared the owner's beer with us!

In sum, this hotel just opened, and is clearly still getting the hang of the business. But they are doing a great job of it, and I hope that they will succeed.

Hay mucho ruido en las habitaciones. Fácilmente se escucha la televisión del cuarto de a lado. Falta ventilación. Solo hay servicio de restaurante hasta las 6 pm. No hay forma de estacionarse momentáneamente para bajar el equipaje.

ES UN HOTEL NUEVO, PORTAL ESTA LIMPIO, PERO NO ME GUSTO QUE TIENE POCA VENTILACION TANTO LA HABITACION COMO EL BAÑO. POR LO DEMAS EXTA MUY BIEN

Las habitaciones no cuentan con clima ni ventilador y aunque parezca raro se sentía mucho calor en el cuarto tuvimos q dormir con la puerta abierta, el estacionamiento también fue un problema. No me agrado

Perfecta ubicación , buena atención , limpieza y buen precio

La cama, tv grande, y el desayuno estaban padrisimo. Tambien es muy circa el Zocalo y todo. En mi cuarto internet no estaba bueno.
