Comfortable, spacious, clean. It is massive club layout with golf and tennis
Pros:

Amazing club amenities, huge grounds and beautiful resort style homes. Tennis courts were at walkable distance as we came for tournament. Safe and very helpful staff.

The employees were not very accommodating, passing on all the struggle to the clients.

The rooms need a lot of maintenance (the fridge didn’t work properly), the floors are really old and noisy with scratches all over the place, and the personal care amenities (shampoo, conditioner, etc.) of really low quality.

Lovely Hacienda with a half golf course, but need to work on Culture and processes focused on the customers.

Todo bien con el hotel...El problema fue Expedia...Yo reserve un cuarto en la hacienda y me dieron un bungalo muy caro en el campo de golf...Nunca pedi una habitacin en el campo de golf la cual fue mas cara...me aceptaron un cuarto en el edificio de la hacienda con el precio del bungalo ????
