Pros:

Your complimentary items should be brought to the staff. In addition, it is summer time, you can at least offer your guest a 12oz bottle of water!

Cons:

I booked my stay online and received a confirmation email, which I presented at the front desk upon arrival. However, the front desk clerk was unable to locate my reservation in the system, despite the confirmation email I provided. As a result, I was charged again at check-in.

After reviewing my account, I can clearly see two charges for the same stay. I requested that the duplicate charge be reviewed and promptly refunded.

Good location but horrible experience.
Pros:

I liked the breakfast. Being able to order from Starbucks was great. Kel the barista/waiter was absolutely amazing.

Cons:

Everything else!
The room’s heating and cooling system wasn’t working properly. When I tried to increase the cooling, the outdated air conditioning unit made a loud noise that drowned out everything else — yet the room still wouldn’t cool down. Every night I went to bed in uncomfortable heat.

Housekeeping was another issue. They only cleaned every other day, and even that wasn’t consistent. I had to repeatedly call the front desk to request room cleaning.

The water pressure from both the shower and the tap was extremely low, making every shower an unpleasant experience.

The TV remote control barely worked — I had to long-press buttons to navigate, and it took about five minutes for any streaming app to load.

There was also no safe in the room, meaning I had to lock all my valuables inside my suitcase with a padlock each day before going out.

The room itself was very basic — no complimentary drinking water, and the in-room coffee setup was minimal.

Overall, it definitely did not feel worth the value.

However, the front desk staff and waiters at the bistro were simply amazing !
