Pros:

Breakfast was delicious and bistro staff were friendly and helpful. Front desk staff was friendly and generally helpful. The hotel is in a convenient location for my needs and the surrounding walking trails were beautiful

Cons:

the TV/streaming was extremely faulty and slow to work with the remote. was very frustrating to navigate. had to call front desk to have help sent up 2x and still was slow and difficult to use. When I was trying to call front desk for assistance, I would only get an answer 50% of the time. Was very frustrating

The customer service was good! We would definitely stay there again.

it was a beautiful hotel

Cons:

I didn’t like how one of the elevators was broken. I also didn’t like how there’s not much soundproofing in the rooms and I really didn’t like that the smoke detector fire alarm was blinking a super bright white light and we had to cover it with 💕🐻MY SON 🐻💕’s hoodie
