Pros:

Zdravím, komunikácia, personál, prostredie super. No myslím si že je to skor také "snobske" ubytovanie pre zážitok ľudí čo by chceli zažiť niečo viac (čo je aj možné...) My sme mali izbu na rychlo rezervovanú v čase ked bol hotel plný (alebo mali pred tym nejakú akciu) a nedokázali personalne vykričať požiadavky takého návalu... Kompenzavili to ich ponukou z baru.... Bolo to milé... Mali sme v cene ubytovania raňajky (švédske stoly... bolo super postarané nemôžeme nič vytknúť) akurát, v čase raňajok(7-10:00) sme mohli využiť v cene fajný bazén, čo sme s ročným bábätkom stihli osamote lebo sme ranné vtáčata... No bežný hostia s členmi rodiny 4 a viac to nikdy nestihnú...Si myslim.
Super servis na izbu ak nestihate reštauráciu vo večerných hodinách, ked nemáte v cene večeru.... Ceny radšej nekomentujem... Maju aj detské menu čo v ponuke na izbe sme nemali ale našli sme to na ich web stránke... Interiér aj exteriér je vybavený viacerými zaujímavosťami čo fakt odporúčame zažit. Fakt 9 z 10 odporúčame!

Byl jsem velmi spokojen, klidně bych se se synem i zase vrátil.
Pros:

Jako alergik na lepek oceňuji širokou škálu jídel bez lepku. S tím jsem se v podstatě, ještě nesetkal :-). Pěkné prostředí, bazén, wellness, nebylo plno, takže to bylo příjemné.

Cons:

Trošku mám pocit, že se vytrácí jakési emoce u číšníků, přijde mi to hodně robotické a to ne jenom tady, ale i v jiných ubytováních.

Correcte mais le service client n'est pas à la hauteur des prix pratiqués par cette etablissement

Le calme, la propreté ainsi que le petit dejeuner

Cons:

la durée d'attente pour le paiement a été extremment longue car la receptioniste était très lente et ne semblait pas assez formée aux outils de gestion de facturation de l'hotel et sa chef qui était à coté n'est pas venue l'aider pour reduire le temps d'attente.
