Correcte mais le service client n'est pas à la hauteur des prix pratiqués par cette etablissement
Pros:

Le calme, la propreté ainsi que le petit dejeuner

Cons:

la durée d'attente pour le paiement a été extremment longue car la receptioniste était très lente et ne semblait pas assez formée aux outils de gestion de facturation de l'hotel et sa chef qui était à coté n'est pas venue l'aider pour reduire le temps d'attente.

Pros:

Kaštieľ je nádherný, služby vynikajúce, raňajky, kuchyňa skvelé. My sme boli ubytovaní v rodinnom apartmáne, vkusne zariadenom a priestrannom, nič nám nechýbalo. Veľká vďaka a prajeme veľa úspechov majiteľom aj celému hotelu.

Cold rooms & pool, overpriced 3* hotel
Pros:

The rooms are nice, spacious and clean. The breakfast is very good. The castle itself is interesting to explore.

Cons:

Room rates exclude pool & gym usage. The pool is cold & tiny. The rooms are cold & have no ventilation nor temp. control. We called reception to ask for more heating & the receptionist started to argue with us about the room temp. (he was wrong, btw). Location is middle of nowhere, next to a bunch of smoking factories. Won’t be coming back.
