From 1st September 2021 all of our guests (regardless to their age) must present and hand over their ID cards or passports for document scanning at the time of check-in to our hotels due to modification of the Act no. CLVI/2016. of Hungary. Should an ID card or passport be not present or not handed
over, the hotel must refuse to check-in the guest.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Der richtige Ort wenn man Ruhe und Entspannung sucht! Die Pools waren sauber und es gab genug Liegeplätze mit der Option sich Getränke zu diesen bringen zu lassen - das war sehr praktisch! Die Saunen waren nicht überfüllt und schön. Das Essen war abwechslungsreich. Das Zimmer war auch sehr schön. Wir hatten ein Problem mit unserer Dusche und uns wurde rasch geholfen bzw. ein anderes Zimmer zur Verfügung gestellt.

Cons:

Im Ruhebereich war es leider oft nicht so ruhig, aber das lag an den Besuchern. Das Essen war leider nicht so warm und die Betten waren etwas zu weich.

Minden redben volt, visszajáró vendégek vagyunk!
Pros:

Nagyon kedves és segtőkész volt a személyzet, a szoba tiszta volt. A wellness részleg nagyon szép, a szaunavilág és a szeánszok nagyon jók voltak, ajánlom! Voltunk páros masszázson, a két hölgy valami zseniális volt, egy rózsaszín hajú és egy szőke, szemüveges hölgy volt, sajnos a nevüket nem kérdeztük meg, de soha még ilyen jól senki se masszírozott meg minket! Mindenképp ajánlom mindenkinek, receptre írnám fel!
Sok a gyermekes család, erre számítani kell, ha ide foglalunk.

Tolles, sehr umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet - ließ keine Wünsche offen / ruhige Lage direkt am Balaton / schönes, geräumiges Zimmer mit Balkon und Seeblick / Parkplätze ausreichend vorhanden / weitläufiger Wellnessbereich mit sehr vielen Ruhezonen/Liegen / Abends Buffet - etwas fleischlastig aber gut ....

Cons:

Nachspeisen beim Abendbuffet - wie z.B. Mohnnudeln - waren leider kalt / Getränkekarte nur nach separater Anfrage / keine Badetasche für den Wellnessbereich ...

Szép hely jó killátás tiszta rendezett de a dolgozókat lecserélném. Tisztelet a kivételnek! Vannak jó arc reggelizetetők

Tetszett a kilátás a wellness .

Cons:

A minibár nem volt feltöltve ! Brutál gáz ha este szomjas leszel a bár zárása után. Számomra ez elfogadhatatlan. Személyzet nem keresi a finom figyelmes közelítest inkább vagy leszarnak es reggelinél is mast pakolászik takarítgat mint hogy észre venne hogy szeretnék vmit. A bárban nincs hűtött pohár! A shot meleg:((
A wellness 20:00-ig van nyitva szerintem egy Balatoni szálláshelyen legyen 22:00-ig minimum.

Hétvégi kikapcsolódás
Pros:

Nagyon szuper a lokáció. Tiszta és jól felszerelt. Mindenki kedves. Gyönyörű panoráma és kényelmes szobák.

Cons:

Az infraszauna sajnos használhatatlan volt egész hétvégén a szauna szeánszok miatt. Felmelegedett a szenzor és 5 perc után kikapcsolt.
