Pros:

Mi teljesen meg voltunk elégedve mindennel .A különleges ételek , amik nagyon ízletesek és ízlésesen volt tálalva és elkészítve , a csodálatos illatú tusfürdő és testápoló egyben fantasztikus volt … az ágynemű teljesen új volt azt láttuk , kényelmes volt benne aludni ! A Wellnes is szuper élmény adott nekünk ! Köszönünk mindent !😊

Fantastic property in terms of location and facilities
Pros:

Fantastic location and facilities outside the hotel
Short distance by car from Budapest, a short walk to one of Balathon's port

Cons:

The breakfast, lunch and dinner in the restaurant is pretty basic, maybe improve them a little bit.

An awful experience
Pros:

Unfortunately, I didn’t have the opportunity to enjoy the HOTEL

Cons:

We had a very late check in
Apparently, from a very tired night shift worker at the desk
He wasn’t very friendly. We got the key for the room and went upstairs
Apparently, there was someone in the room sleeping which we woke up.. we got the wrong key
We went downstairs we did not get any apology, but only another key the host blamed the computer..
I ordered a room with a double bed.. we got two separate beds
There is no phone in the room, so I had to go downstairs again to request a double bed… the guy sent someone only after half an hour
Air conditioner didn’t work and yet again, I couldn’t complain. I had to go downstairs. The guy said this is the best air-conditioner gonna work.
I had to cancel my second night

Pros:

A szálloda modern és kényelmes. A wellness zseniális volt, különösen a szauna szeánszt élveztük. A balaton parti napozó részt imádtuk, nyugalmas és természetközeli volt.
