Modern facility not so good staff
Pros:

Our room was clean and modern. The staff was cold and I'm friendly both at the front desk and the Starbucks on the premises.

Unacceptable
Pros:

Drunk guy sitting outside side door when I arrived in from a late flight. No one at the front desk. Room smelled terrible. Dirty walls. Hair on bathroom floor and tub. No hot or warm water from the sink or shower night or morning. Air conditioning was so loud all night. Room was so humid. Hennessy bottle smashed in parking lot next to my rental car in the morning. Do not stay here. Dirty and did not feel safe.

Young man at the bar was very professional

Cons:

The shower head needs to be replaced as soon as possible, and the shower is a dangerous idea. Water spills all over the floor and creates safety hazards.
