Staff was sooo nice.
Beds were a little hard.
I had a reservation but they told me they where fully booked
Location was great! Close to airport
No staff at the front desk for over 10 mins when waiting to check-in. Small children running around unsupervised. Kids running around outside screaming past 9:00pm and as early as 5:30am. My kid had a hard time falling asleep.
That they had a little area for dogs to use the bathroom and extra poop bags!!
It was very dirty, the toilet seat was coming off, floor was sticky.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Location also was good.
Concrete walls in unit, the paint was chipped off. Made room very unattractive. Bathroom sink drained slowly.
Platform the mattress was sitting on had all sorts of crumbs and dirt on it. You could see it because the mattress was slightly smaller than the platform. Staff must not be vacuuming it.

Beds were stiff, the lobby smelled like weed, the linens were not clean and it was very noisy
