Pros:

Good location, very comfortable bed and bathroom

Cons:

we booked a basic room, the bed is good size (king) but room itself is very small
I forgot a charger in the room. tried to call the place left messages, could not get hold of anyone to provide an answer if it was found or not.

Pros:

The location is great. Beautiful area right off of the downtown strip. The shower was huge.

Cons:

The paint was peeling off of the wall in the room and the bathroom. Floor in the shower was cracked and buckling.

Pros:

Perfect location in Downtown Los Gatos. Quiet. Comfortable. Coffee machine in room.

Cons:

9:00 breakfast was later than preferred. 7:00am would be nice.
