Ruhige Lage, ein paar Minuten vom Zentrum. Grosszügiges Frühstück. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. War ohne Auto unterwegs, promptes Abholen an der Busstation

Vista spettacolare, ottima posizione, host veramente accoglienti e gentilissimi
Pros:

La posizione strategica e la bellissima vista dalla terrazza della struttura dove in estate si serve la colazione. La climatizzazione della stanza è stata perfetta.

Cons:

La struttura è un po’ antiquata, si potrebbe rinnovare per renderla ancora più accogliente.

Pros:

un albergo a 2 stelle di quelli che ahimé stanno scomparendo in giro x l'Italia ...
la posizione è un po' defilata rispetto al centro di Chiaramonte ma in 10 minuti a piedi ci si arriva facilmente
camera ampia e comoda così come pure il bagno
gentilissima e cordiale la signora che mi ha ricevuto
colazione compresa nel prezzo (sia dolce, sia salata)
rete WIFI funzionante senza problemi
ultimo particolare non di poco conto: chi, come me, verrà in questo albergo in pieno inverno troverà in camera un VERO termosifone acceso e non un condizionatore che fa le veci ...
se non lo si fosse capito, lo raccomando 😊

Excelente todo, sin dudas recomendable
Pros:

Muy buena ubicación, a 5 minutos del centro pero alejada del núcleo central de la ciudad.
Estacionamiento propio.
Muy buen desayuno.
Habitación austera pero con lo fundamental.
Excelente calefacción.
Y, para completar, la hospitalidad y amabilidad de Concetta y Vito.

Ottimo alloggio: centrale e silenzioso
Pros:

Alloggio in posizione ottima, nel centro di Chiaramonte, ma al contempo in una zona silenziosa immersa nel verde. Terrazza con panorama mozzafiato, dove è possibile fare colazione. La colazione è ricca, i proprietari molto disponibili e gentili. Le stanze comode.

Il panorama del terrazzo

Cons:

Colazione scadente , la cosa più strana alla mia richiesta di avere un po' di prosciutto salame formaggio frutta, un toast la sig mi risponde che lei non parla le lingue è non ci sono stranieri da lei quindi nulla di salato 🤔
