Wir würden nie mehr in dieses 4-Sterne Haus gehen.
Pros:

Die Lage unseres Zimmers war sehr gut, im 3. Stock. Ebenfalls war die Aussicht wunderbar. Die Infos durch die Rezeption waren sehr gut, auch war das Personal an der Rezeption sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Das Nachtessen und der Service waren ausgezeichnet.

Cons:

Keine Blumen im im Eingangsbereich, nicht vor oder ums Hause, nicht im Zimmer, auch nicht an der Rezeption. Sehr viel Unkraut auf den Terrassen. Schmutzige Scheiben. Mit einem Teil des Frühstückpersonal muss man Englisch sprechen. Das
Frühstück lässt zu wünschen übrig, liebelos, keine einheimischen Speisen. Das Brot war nicht knusprig, sondern lahm. für ein 4-Sterne Haus erwarte ich u.a. Walliser Trockenfleisch und Eier von einheimischen Hühner. Auch gibt es keine Spiegeleier oder Omeletten.
Der Walliser Charme fehlt total im ganzen Hause.

In conclusion, we can say that the hotel met our needs on this vacation and is highly recommended.

An excellent hotel no less.
For those interested in experiencing Swiss peace and quiet, this is exactly the place.
The rooms are equipped and decorated to a high standard.
The room we received faced an amazing mountain view with the ringing of bells hanging from the necks of cows in the background. Beyond that, it is very quiet.
The main thing that can be noted is the level of service.
We arrived at the hotel at 10:00 PM, when the reception closes at 6:00 PM. The hotel manager and receptionist Elizabeth, who can be written an entire review about, came especially from her home to welcom us.
An amazing person who did everything and beyond to make us satisfied and to make our stay at the hotel an perfect experience.
The hotel has an excellent restaurant for dinner that is nothing less than excellent. We sat outside facing the view of the mountains. We paid 81 CHF including wine. The service in the restaurant is also excellent and at a high level.
Since we arrived at the beginning of the summer season, it was very quiet and peaceful. From what I understand, it is very busy in winter since there is a ski resort and the cable car is in front of the hotel.

Cons:

There is a daily charge for car parking.

Personnel très sympathique et accueillant. La chambre superbe avec une immense terrasse, bon petit déjeuner. Mini-bar très varié, et très tentant! Restaurant très bien, même si mes spaghetti n'étaient pas al dente.

Cons:

Le SPA et la piscine en particulier sont un peu petits par rapport au nombre de clients dans l'hôtel: pas facile de trouver de la place à certaines heures.
