The front door had air coming in around it, they have ROACHES the sink was stopped up the room had a odor to it

ANOTHER $100 being held as a security deposit when I added another night. They have $200 of my funds held. Last place I stayed I added nights multiple times and no one held $100 each time.

The heat was turned off and was not working fast to heat up

Literally everything. The staff was incredibly rude and unaccommodating.

The place i set up as motel. the parking lot, people are very loud constantly going in and out of their cars late night, and the smokers that hang outside are having loud conversations PM and early AM while trying to sleep, are rude.

If I was there longer than a day I would have requested tools to fix the shower myself.. pictures can be updated in the bathroom like the faucets

No wifi reception.

I had booked for 2 nights, made a seperate booking for an extra night when I got there and paid for it then and there. At the end of the first booking they didn’t check all my paperwork so tried to get me to leave, rather than checking the for my extra booking. After a while of back and forth they finally checked and tried to get me to pay for the extra booking even though I had already paid.

Not very efficient and didn’t believe me when I had said I had booked an extra night and paid for it. Had to convince them to check.

Stayed here over thanksgiving weekend as I was visiting family in the area. Problems started almost immediately as the front desk asked belittlingly for the small details of the reservation despite having them pulled up infront of them. From there it just got worse, we had absolutely no hot water for the shower and immediately went to the front desk, we were told “it’s an issue the whole building is having and should be fixed by tomorrow”, reluctantly decided to give them a chance, needless to say it was not fixed on Thanksgiving and remained freezing cold, finally it was fixed on Friday by mid day but the water ended up being so hot youd basically scald yourself with it. Additionally house keeping did not come for the entire weekend and only arrived to clean on Monday. It was just an all around bad experience with staff who obviously did not care about the guests. I highly recommend staying anywhere else.

The bathroom/toilet was not functioning properly and maintenance did not resolve the issue or front desk did not attempt to move us to a different room. The fan was extremely loud and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months/years. Only two towels were given for two nights, and it seemed that housekeeping did not show up, disappointing to reuse a towel because the main office is so far away.

When calling down to the front desk, it seemed like our issues were a large inconvenience for the staff. No urgency to correct any issues.

They advertise queen size beds but they’re only full size beds which are smaller
