Clean room, staff was accommodating just minor issue with pump bottles and bar soap.
Pros:

Rooms were clean

Cons:

Pump bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body soap in the shower were all empty.
Bar of soap they supplied was about half the size of a business card.

Cons:

I had got a room on January 17 and I did not stay there. I had a family emergency and I had to leave and they told me they was gonna give me my deposit back but I had to wait for a supervisor but never got it back.

I would do it again in a pinch.
Pros:

Large rooms. Clean. Good price.

Cons:

Long wait outside the front office for someone to arrive and proceed with checking in. A couple other customers were loud and sketchy outside their rooms and on rhe sidewalk. The beds had tin box springs that made an unusual sound when you moved.

Cons:

The property was not clean. There was a lot of litter (garbage) strewn about. A nearby guest was very distraught & loud on Saturday night.

Great experience!
Pros:

Stayed at this location during my short trip 3506 1st St, Bradenton, Fl. The staff was extremely nice. Room was spotless. Only thing I wish they would have included was breakfast; otherwise, I had an amazing experience.
