We recently stayed here while traveling with an infant and a toddler, and unfortunately our experience was quite disappointing.
Before arrival, we contacted the property and were told that a crib would be available upon request, subject to availability. However, when we checked in, the receptionist (S.) told us they did not have any crib at all and claimed it was not her fault. Her attitude was unwelcoming and dismissive, especially after a long trip with two small children.
We also arrived just 20 minutes before the official check-in time, and despite traveling with young kids, we were not accommodated or offered any flexibility, which made the situation more stressful.
Later in the evening, another receptionist (M.) helped us and was able to find a crib, which we appreciated.
Additionally, the property does not match the photos shown in the advertisement. The listing is misleading, and the actual condition of the place falls short of expectations. When filtering the property on Booking.com, it appears as offering breakfast; however, in reality, none of the room options include breakfast at all.
Overall, the lack of accurate information and the poor service at check-in made this stay frustrating. I would not recommend this property, especially for families traveling with young children.

Booked through Booking, got to the hotel and was hit by a surprise $100 deposit. My room was $98! Check out the next day…after I arrived home I looked at my bank account and there was 2 more $98 charges!
Had cockroaches and masquitos. Very bad. Smell bad place
