Good value and great location.
Pros:

This is the third time I have stayed at this location. I prefer not to spend a lot on hotels when I travel from my house in California to my house in Upstate New York. This location fits the bill. It is rather old and could stand to be updated, but it safe and clean. The staff is friendly and the location is excellent. There is a Bob Evans restaurant right next door. I like that a lot because once I get to a hotel the last thing I want to do is to drive around some some more to get a hot meal. If you are not too picky and on a budget this is the place for you.

Wish I could give more then 5 stars
Pros:

I was kinda weary about staying at this hotel from this I heard in the past and past reviews. But once I walked thru the front doors everything changed. I walked into a very welcoming lobby decorated for mother's Day& spring and it smelled so amazing. I was greeted immediately checking in was a breeze. The front desk clerk was extremely helpful and accommodating. The room was so inviting and renovated. The bed was so big and comfy. I love that there are so drawers on any of the stands or dark places that bugs usually like to hide at. I'm not a fitness fan so the fitness center didn't get my attention however for those that love to take selfies the mirror is huge.... Guest laundry room was only $2 to wash and $2 to dry....
I felt extremely safe with key card entry doors and they have cameras everywhere..... Housekeeping was amazing and cleaned the room on my convenience when abled to. Definitely recommend..

*Oh I forgot to mention the new coffee machine and for you smokers they have a smoking floor as well as trucking parking

Pros:

Easy to locate. The bed was comfy

Cons:

Some of the pillows had a bad smell. The shower wasnt clean, sink didnt drain well. There was no hot water to take a shower or brush our teeth.
Staff was respectful but clearly was high and very lethargic.

Awesome clean facility, Great customer service from front desk to housekeeping
Pros:

Very clean, excellent service from check in, awesome customer service, only improvement would be putting regular coffee pots in each room so customers can drink coffee in privacy while doing business on computer or laptops

The stay at the hotel was not worth what I paid.
Pros:

Right off the highway and close to restaurants.

Cons:

Breakfast was not good. The toilet and shower did not run well. The inside of the building needed renovations.
