I was quite surprised...
Pros:

It was quiet, clean and a decent breakfast for a super low rate. NO BUGS!! Right beside restaurants and the highway.

Cons:

Half of the staff were great. Very friendly and helpful. The other half had no business working there. They weren't completely rude but very poor work ethic and gave you the feeling that they were annoyed by your presence.

Room smelt like old man smoke and urine. Disgusting
Pros:

It had good restaurants nearby, breakfast was just bare minimum

Cons:

The room smelled disgusting and the floor was filthy, we had to spray perfume in the room to try reduce it. The bedding had burn holes in them. Pretty disgusting 🤢

Pros:

The staff was nice but that is all that was ok about this trip.

Cons:

Dirty Dirty Dirty room! First room had dirty sheets & bedding and was nasty. Second room had clean sheets... that's all that was clean about that room. Bathroom dirty, under the bed was very dirty & had someone else's nail clippers under the bed. We settled for the second room with the clean sheets as it was midnight and we had a toddler. Elevator is terrifying & not up to code. The elevator certificate is expired. We left as fast as we could in the morning to make it to our destination to be able to shower. Staff was nice but rooms were terrible. Breakfast was just a waffle or cereal. Batter for waffle was so thick we couldn't even get it out. We gave up and left. We gave the toddler some cereal and left.

I'd stay here again
Pros:

Very reasonably priced. Staff was very friendly, the room was neat and tidy, conveniently located near dining and fuel necessities. Morning coffee was great.

The Belgian waffles were great

Cons:

Bathroom toilets are awkward to use, rude staff, poor breakfast overall. Also lots of crime and freaks at this hotel
