Days Inn by Wyndham Sharonville

We like this hotel every time we come to Cincinnati area . We always stay here . Very cold out in cincinnati area but we find good restaurants that we sit and eat in this area . Best place to stay . We will come back in summer again when six flags will open .

Their false advertising they only use the updated version for photos to get people there once you get there they check you into the room it’s dirty soon as I checked inn I had dookie still on the toilet I told the front desk and Sam wife still didn’t believe me she came and checked and half way cleaned which result in me cleaning and maintenance my own room my heater was hold up by duct tape and I still didn’t get my deposit back and it’s been an week !!! The whole family stay on property and some of them have good attitudes

The motel is not bad, just no breakfast is served. You have to purchase cakes from vending machines. I don't think husband and I will be staying again.

It was unclean…could feel the grime in the air…bed was aight tho…shower was broken and moldy so I had to change rooms…2nd room was just as grimy…wish I could post pictures…

I had a reservation made through Expedia weeks ahead of date needed. When i arrived at 5p to check in, my room was a nasty mess. I had to wait an additional hour for someone to come in and half clean my room. Staff was rude and was not willing to make other accommodations

Still have not received my deposit back

For a quick stay it’s ok. Bed was clean but uncomfortable, bathroom chipped tub, no breakfast on the weekdays. Very misleading.

Breakfast was lacking many items.

It was never cleaned bathroom was disgusting and so were many other things.

The front desk lady was very rude asked for a receipt for my incidentals and was told they don't do that and since I already have a cheap rate on my room it shouldn't matter which is rude how do you tell a paying customer regardless of how much they pay for a room that became it's cheap you can't have a receipt also how you gon say you have breakfast and it's nothing but bread to make toast and two different types of cereal I will not be returning different kinds of toa

Well we didnt stay there because my mom and i stayed at another hotel because the room was not made the staff was NOT at the desk when i first got there

My room had ants all over the ceiling and floor there was little brown bugs on the floor. All bedding was dirty and had stains. One of my pillows had an eyelash stuck to it.

The customer service was just okay, it was a clean enough hotel to sleep in but not necessarily to spend all day in. No real amenities other than breakfast but we weren’t really enticed to try it. Room seemed to be cleaned half way, hair under the toilet that was not mine, toilet seat that wasn’t secured to the toilet. Then there were things like the quality of the toilet paper, which was so thin it with disintegrate as you wiped. Also, we didn’t have a do not disturb sign so one morning we were awakened by loud knocks. It was unpleasant. Not sure what the protocol is for when someone doesn’t answer the door, but I would think they’d either open the door or just leave it alone. Oh and my brother, who I traveled with, just told me he saw bugs. One in his bed, one running across the floor, and a dead one by the window. Overall 1/5. Would not go back.
