Not good

Unfortunately the hotel did not look nothing like the pictures, everything was outdated, not clean at all, pool was green and dirty.

Dirty pool, rats running around…

Was a nice place while visiting Hershey park

The beds are very comfortable, the bathroom still needs updating, the caulking around the bathtub had a big hole in it. Not enough towels and wash rags for the number of people in our group. Tv was good, fridge was clean.

Room had a musky smell fan in bathroom was very loud

To Begin with the lady at the reception was nice but it smelled a bit weird inside once we arrived to our rooms there was a yellow stain on the bed not sure if it was a pee stain or not and besides that there were hairs on my bed and not just one type of hair there were multiple long, short, curly. Besides the bed the paint was peeling off the wall, there was trash near the a/c. The room in general smelled funky. The toilet had problems when you flushed and the water wouldnt flush. Overall the room was completely unsanitary and definitely not somewhere i will ever sleep again. Never coming back there again!

There was hair on the pillow and stained sheets. The security lock did not work so anyone could enter the room hallway from the outside. I immediately left and did not stay.

If you know what's good for you you won't even pull into the parking lot here. This place is a complete abomination from the poor service to the disgusting rooms and poorly maintain building and the refusal of my refund after spotting bed bug markings on the mattresses I will be posting pictures and demanding my refund since they refuse to do it I hope hotels.com does the right thing

This is a moderate place to stay. The surroundings were quiet and the staff was polite and helpful. The condition of the room was decent and appeared clean. It needed a fresh touch and attention to details. The hair dryer on the wall did not work and there was no air flow in the bathroom. We did see there was a breakfast and were told it was bagels and pastries. It was good for the price.

Not good, not staying there again. Management needs to invest into the property to attract customers. Breakfast was terribly limited, property looks like was not taken care of since 1980s, not even hair conditioner, just one little shampoo and soap bar, Pool was closed .

Their service was poor,no breakfast when it advertised before booking, no coffee machine in the room, the soap they provide was not good, in the fridge was dirty. Poor service, wil not booked it

No breakfast like they said on the internet that’s why I booked

I booked this property because it offered breakfast and was affordable. Upon checking in, I found out they no longer offer breakfast, not even a coffee pot in the room like every other place I’ve stayed. Our room was either frigid or sweltering. The place seemed pretty busy so we didn’t bother asking for a new room for our short stay.

The office staff were friendly.

The manager was very nice. This hotel was previously owned by a different hotel chain. It is not dirty, buy could use a face lift. Bed was VERY comfortable. Great water pressure, quiet, and clean. I felt very safe at this hotel. The only very small problem I had was, the breakfast was very lacking. There wasn't much there when i went down in the morning. Breakfast is 6-9 and it was 8am when I went down. However, I would def stay here again.

Good few hick ups but I would still stay again

Great price and comfort … could use a few updates and could have been cleaner .
