Nice, quiet, and clean hotel in a nice residential area that offers a different Tokyo experience.
Pros:

The room was a decent size for a couple. I appreciated that the bed was a real queen-size bed. Wifi worked great. Coin-operated washing-drying machines were convenient. The hotel has a very cozy and chic vibe. It was very quiet. Housekeeping is done every day unless otherwise specified. The pajamas provided with the room were comfortable and of a nicer quality than other brands. The area is very nice and safe and offers a different experience from the busier areas like Shinjuku, etc. Hotel is at walking distance from multiple subway lines and the T-CAT station for the airport limo buses. Many good cafes and restaurants nearby, supermarket across the street, Family Mart a block away.

Cons:

The elevators were slow. The staff could provide more information at check-in (e.g., where the laundry room is, Wi-Fi password, map of the area, etc.). The breakfast is expensive for what it is. It would be nice if they provided free coffee like some other hotels do. The curtains did not fully block the light. Not as centrally located as other hotels. Our room was close to the housekeeping/storage room on the 6th floor and the hallway was often full of dirty laundry or garbage bags that you had to walk around or step over. Avoid 6th floor if you can.

Moderne Zimmer und insgesamt schönes Hotel.

Cons:

In der Gegend geht im Vergleich zu Ginza & Co. nicht so viel geboten (Shopping & Gastro). Aber es sind auch nur 20-30 Minuten zu Fuß nach Ginza.

Cool vibes, great sleep
Pros:

The highlight of our stay was the daily breakfast buffet - so many yummy choices. We ordered lattes for a small extra fee making our first caffeine of the day a delight. The room was quiet and the linens divine. We used the provided umbrellas A LOT and very thankful for them. Don't miss the yummy bakery a few doors down. Short walks to subway lines got us around the city.

Cons:

We had some language barrier issues and had hoped to use the luggage forwarding service but that did not work out, in part because of language issues. The staff were overall very friendly, we just couldn't manage a few things/info we needed from them.

Pros:

Location was nice, close to at least two metro stations although you had to walk a bit to get to both. Overall, quiet and didn't get crowded so it was good to runaway from the crowds and arrive at a quiet place after a busy day.
The room was nice, although a bit tiny. The bed was amazing. Staff was helpful.

Cons:

Bathroom was very tiny. Couldn't fit much in there. Plus the TV only had japanese channels and no Netflix apps. Not great for foreigners.

We would stay in the same hotel if we go back to Tokyo.
Pros:

The location is great. We love the neighborhood and convenience of the hotel. It's urban and quiet at the same time, very convenient to take a taxi or subway. The breakfast has a variety of choices, balanced in nutrients.

Cons:

The room is good for one person but small for two, but that might be my mistake to book the wrong room.

Serene and well connected location, lovely staff and great rooms
Pros:

It was so lovely to get back to the hotel area from the regular Tokyo busynesses - it’s so calm and serene, truly a wonderful place to rest. It’s also very well connected - multiple metro stations are around, we had no issues whatsoever. There are great restaurants around as well as convenience stores, even an quality luggage store for reasonable prices. Room cleaning was superb, staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel lobby smelled SO GOOD (please share your secrets with the world!). The rooms are well designed, there was enough space to store 3 luggages and hang clothes too. The hotel itself is beautiful too. We would love to stay here again and highly recommend to those reading!

Pros:

The hotel was very nice, you could create your own bathsalt, which was a cool gimmick. the Metro/JR lines are little further away, like a 10-15 minute walk. Otherwise the location is quite nice, calm neighborhood

Pros:

Amazing stay. We stayed in the craft room in 2023 and the terrace room on our recent trip. Both are amazing. We were taken care of and the staff are awesome. Highly recommended.

Pros:

Breakfast was good.

Cons:

You have to pay JPY300 for a regular cappuccino at breakfast. Why don't make it free for guests?
Room was dusty. Staff are easy replaceable with AI as they follow instructions and do not offer anything besides it.
