Great location. Getting around is difficult, but the vibe is great. Nice room, very friendly staff. Great light options in the room and nice view. Huge bathroom, great amenities, super future toilet that welcomes you when you enter the room, literally.
The terrace door was broken and couldn't be held open.
The TV has neither pay TV or smart functions or casting functions.
The terrace looks bigger on the photos.
Common laundry is very small and not super clean
Great ambience and design. Near to the Tokyo City Air Terminal for easy access to Haneda Airport. Proximity to kombinis and public baths

Personnel was very attentive, as expected in the country.
I got allergy only during my time in the hotel room. Opening the window during the whole day helped but the room was not properly ventilated otherwise.
The self-service laundry was quite convenient but always with queues (there are only 3 washing machines and 3 dryers, and they take 1h+ each so it’s inevitable).
Sadly we had to leave 9 days early due to an emergency and since the reservation was non refundable we lost all our money.

The staff are helpful and friendly and happy for you to leave your luggage before or after check in. The breakfast was varied and plentiful with Japanese and Western options - there aren’t many nearby places to have breakfast so I was glad my booking included it. The location is very near Ningyocho, which is full of traditional shops and restaurants. It’s a short walk across the bridge to Kiyosumi-Shirakawa with a traditional garden and specialty coffee places, and if you are keen you can walk along the river ( I walked to Kurumae). It’s also close to the Tokyo City Air Terminal. The subway stations are all a bit of a walk away but that would only be inconvenient if you had heavy luggage. There’s also a good Peacock supermarket across the road and a number of pastry shops nearby. I also appreciated that the windows open a small amount to allow fresh air to come in.
I had stayed at Hamacho before so there wasn’t really anything I didn’t like. It’s not cheap, but I think the room design and service makes it pretty average for Tokyo.
Sehr sauber und super freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Frühstück war frisch und lecker - nur ein bisschen mehr Abwechslung wäre schön gewesen.
Zimmer war etwas klein, aber zum Übernachten hat es gereicht.
