Pros:

The property is clean, welcoming and has a relaxing ambient. The staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. The breakfast was delicious and has something for anyone. I look forward to staying at Hamacho again!!

Pros:

Very nice breakfast, both Japanese and Western style, hotel very clean, beds very comfortable, area around is much less crowded compared to centre Toyko, three different subway lines within 750m distance, perfect spot to go everywhere inside Tokyo

Premium and relaxing stay in Tokyo
Pros:

Everything was immaculate and the staff were lovely, felt very premium and welcoming. Relatively quiet area but great access to areas like Ginza and Asakusa. Also a lovely bar and fantastic cafe across the road.

Cons:

Room was slightly on the small side but think that’s fairly standard for Tokyo.

Pros:

Beautiful building, lobby, restaurant, chique design, nice bar, staff is very friendly and highly professional, loved the free amenities, great location, lots of connections and great food options around

Cons:

The rooms are very small according to Japanese standard so we could barely fit our large luggages. Only suitable for small luggages

Stylish and comfortable hotel
Pros:

The terrace room where we stayed was amazing! Loved the plants surrounding us, and the room had a sunken area for the bed, we loved the design and felt very comfortable in the room. Also they had a supersized bath tub that was very cool as well. We also enjoyed their restaurant that was very stylish and tasty.

Cons:

The location wasn’t too great.

Nice hotel, great location and staff,lots of thoughtful perks.
Pros:

Location. Near the bus terminal, grocery store- Peacock, convenience stores, drug stores. Perks: Rooms had kettles for hot water, filtered water for drinking, small fridge. Nice deep bathtubs for a good bath. Provided comfortable Japanese style pajamas and slippers. Plenty of clean towels.

Cons:

The breakfast buffet was good but the same each day, with the exception of the soup (the pumpkin soup was amazingly good!!) So after the second day, I decided to eat breakfast elsewhere.

Agréable pour y dormir
Pros:

Si le petit déjeuner était satisfaisant, le prix était élevé. Nous avons essayé le restaurant, les mets sont très bons mais sont chers et pas copieux. Concernant l'hotel, il était très satisfaisant avec un rapport qualité/prix satisfaisant.

Cons:

Le prix de la restauration, surtout quand on voit ce que l'on peut avoir ailleurs pour beaucoup moins cher
