Lovely hotel with an amazing pool right outside our room! Super cheap and lovely staff!
Les gens qui y travaillent sont tout simplement adorables. Toujours souriants et bienveillants. Merveilleux hôtel, très calme. D’une propreté impeccable. Grande piscine. Chambre très confortables. Loin de tout parcontre. Il faut toujours prendre un taxi. La plage est ordinaire avec beaucoup de déchets. C’est triste de voir ça.
The property was very clean with a beautiful garden, amazing pool and friendly staff. Our garden room was large with a nice outlook, the bed was very hard but we had a great sleep! It is about 200 meters up a small concrete road, past vacant land that has dogs roaming and litter, but is well lit at night time. The property offers drinks for sale but no food. It is close enough to walk to local and tourist restaurants, or you can hire a scooter from reception, as well as have your laundry done. The owner is very helpful, and had her husband drive us at 6.30am to catch our bus for no charge. We would definitely come back here and would highly recommend staying.

The hotel staff are all very kind. You can change small amounts at the reception. When I was taking pictures of the stars at night, they called out to me not to fall into the pool. The breakfast is not very good, but it's fine if you don't mind. It's in a quiet area, but the neighborhood is not very nice. There is noise from the nearby houses. It's difficult to walk to the hotel because the neighbors' dogs wander around at night.

La piscina es spectacular y te sirven un pequeño desayuno.
El camino hacia y desde el aloamiento no es la 5a avenida de Manhattan pero en Vietnam es lo normal.
deceptive business practices in wording of rooms, they tricked us
This place was weird. I stayed in a dormitory room but there was no common area for the dormitory and it was a very antisocial experience. None of the staff spoke any English so it was really hard to communicate with them. There was no food available at all except a shrimp pot noodle I was offered for breakfast - a strange choice as most people don’t eat shrimp. When I asked where I could get food the receptionist said I would have to go to the market and also showed me somewhere on google maps that was over an hour away. The beds were unbelievably uncomfortable and literally rock hard, and the dorm toilet had a tiny amount of toilet roll and being a wet room the whole bathroom was absolutely soaked all the time and stank of urine. The rooms never seemed to be cleaned. There were also no lockers or safe places to put your things, and the staff moved my things on my bed when I was out just so they could straighten the bedding. There were no linens provided either, just a small pillow and a weird colourful blanket, no sheet or duvet cover. I would absolutely not stay here again.
Beaty nice hotel.
There is not restaurant and shop around hotel. The road to the hotel was a little scary in the middle of the night because it didn't face the big street.
But it was good experience.
Very nice holiday resort with a large and clean pool. You can chill here all day with the friendly dogs surrounding you. Very good for Instagram photos. It's a little far from the rest of the resorts and restaurants so you will need to hire a bike.

Uima-allas aivan fantastinen. Paljon kasveja alueella. Henkilökunta erittäin ystävällistä.
Så fint hotell och som att kliva in i ett litet paradis med jättefin pool och massa palmer.
Lite negativt är väl läget till stranden och maten i restaurangen är väldigt ojämn och kan ta lång väntan.
Kan bero på att vi är tidig på säsongen lite folk som jobbar kanske.

Vi ble overført til Suoi Tien fra et annet hotell pga overbooking. Litt skeptisk siden det var ingen anmeldelser på hotellet. Vi kom frem og møtte en veldig hyggelig gjeng med ansatte. Etter å ha kommet i prat med de, fant vi ut at det er en familiedrevet hotell som akkurat er blitt bygget. Rommet var høyt under taket og var kjempe fint. De har også takterasse som man kan benytte. De ansatte var veldig hjelpsom med taxi og tips til området rundt. De holder på å bygge basseng, den er klar om noen måneder.Det eneste med renhold er at man må gi beskjed til de i resepsjonen om at man ønsker renhold for ca 50.000 dong for en dag. Vi hadde ikke renhold, men var ingen problemer med å skaffe oss ekstra toalettpapir for eks. Det er et stykke å gå til stranden (Malibu Beach), tipset her er taxi. Til markedet der du finner streetfood er ca 10-15 min med gåavstand.
Selve hotellopplevelsen var kjempe bra. Vi ble ikke hentet før kl 1600 av sjåføren på utsjekkingsdagen, men fikk bli på rommet til vi ble hentet. Dermed fikk vi noen timer ekstra på takterrassen for soling. Servicen var fantastisk, rommet var kjempe fint. Vi er veldig fornøyde.
