Pros:

Location was a 20 minute walk from the Helen town center, which made it accessible but also away from the traffic, car & foot. Hotel felt fairly new and clean and well kept up.

Cons:

The rooms were a little narrow so it was easy to hear neighbors slamming doors as they come in and out of their rooms.

Pros:

I like that it’s walking distance to downtown Helen and you don’t have to pay for parking.

Cons:

I hate the pillows very uncomfortable. Also we requested extra pillows for my daughter but was not provided. Breakfast is okay they just need to refill the food faster it can get really busy in the morning.

A great time at Fairfield Inn.
Pros:

The hotel was fantastic. The staff did everything they could to help us but booking.com really messed up on their part. They did not follow through with booking to the hotel.

Cons:

The staff at the end Way and beyond duty to get us in because of booking.com had not done their job.

Pros:

great in accommodating us, especially when arrived and they couldn't find a reservation (that had booking.com confirmation.) Also, staff very helpful in suggesting local attractions & activities. Breakfast area well maintained and good variety of choices.
