A great time at Fairfield Inn.
Pros:

The hotel was fantastic. The staff did everything they could to help us but booking.com really messed up on their part. They did not follow through with booking to the hotel.

Cons:

The staff at the end Way and beyond duty to get us in because of booking.com had not done their job.

great stay, would stay again.
Pros:

great in accommodating us, especially when arrived and they couldn't find a reservation (that had booking.com confirmation.) Also, staff very helpful in suggesting local attractions & activities. Breakfast area well maintained and good variety of choices.

can't sleep on sofa bed

Good breakfast standard, clean, good customer service, but do not count to sleep in the sofa bed! it's like a torture chamber... a blanket on top of springs, horrible! Pool was cold...

Great location to Helen attractions
Pros:

Our room was clean and just the right size for a weekend stay. Shower was very roomy. Bed was comfortable. Staff was helpful in getting me a synthetic pillow as I am allergic to down feathers and forgot to bring my own pillow. Breakfast was very good! Would definitely stay here again for a weekend getaway in Helen
