Small cramped, no balcony, no smoking no eating... place sucks.

El personal muy amable, me gustó mucho que estaba muy limpio, el desayuno bueno lo único que para mi gusto lo sirven muy tarde, los domingos de 8:30 a 9:30 am.

Lugar tranquilo y próximo a la zona colonial. Buen servicio.

Everything close by

Room was spacious enough. Comfortable beds. Some dirt on top sheets. Neighborhood seemed dangerous. A lot of traffic and street noise, people talking/yelling. At checkout, man at front desk tried to say previous clerk said to give him 100 pesos (apparent scam, we had already paid total with credit card).

En plats att sova i, dåligt skikt och läskigt.
Försökte komma dit bara för att sova! En tjej som var i receptionen super trevlig och hjälpsam. Hon gjorde så att det känns trevligare ändå.
Efter 2 nätter har jag bytt hotell.
Det är billigt, men jag betalar gärna lite extra och är mer bekväm.
Någon annat! De tar mer betalt på hotellet än det priset för hotels.com
Inte så stor skillnad heller, jag blev bara förvirrad eftersom jag trodde jag skulle betala med mitt kort via Hotels.com men de accepterar inget kort.

Friendly staff, helpful and nice environment

I think the only good thing is the location. The area seemed to be pretty safe and quiet. Although you could hear people talking or using their phones (watching/playing videos/songs in the hotel). The bathroom was not properly cleaned. They invite you to use the kitchen (I wanted coffee in the morning), but things were dirty and messy.

Hot water.

This property is perfectly located for discovering Santo Domingo without breaking your budget! The bed was comfortable, and everything works, but it is not fancy.

Overall the experience was underwhelming. The staff was very helpful. The building is old. Hotel did not offer face towels. The bed was not very comfortable. The price was not bad considering the location to the Conde. Just consider the good and bad.

My stay was not good the room I got was not that clean and found dead cockroaches under the bed. also had no Internet or good wifi connection. Also this hotel had no cable connection or Live TV. But the hotel was ok for a stay or two but not for a long stay period.

Hotel need to have a more trained staff due not all the time they know information needed
