Pros:

3eme fois que nous séjournons dans cet hôtel mais nous n'y reviendrons plus !

Cons:

Horrible chambre 306
Lumière dans la chambre allumée toute la nuit et camouflée par un carton !
Pas de séparation entre la douche et les toilettes, une vraie piscine !
Seul miroir présent dans la salle de bains donc bains de pieds pour se maquiller !
Pas de cintres ni de poubelle (dans salle de bains).
1 seul rideau non suffisamment opaque pour camoufler le jour, en plus de la présence continuelle de l'éclairage déjà mentionné.
Bref c'est peut-être une chambre pour handicapés et travaux dans l'hôtel mais résultat non acceptable !
Surtout sans être prévenus au préalable !

la plupart des étages n'ont pas été refais et sont en mauvais état: peintures qui se décollent, moquette décrépie. Au prix payé, en ibis 'STYLE', on s'attend franchement à mieux. Je n'ai pas trouver le 'style' justement...

Good location and great breakfast ....
Pros:

Location good, easy access to parking and electric car charges nearby. Clean. Excellent breakfast with fresh orange juice.

Cons:

Well ... it is an Ibis. So once inside much like any other Ibis .... would prefer a hotel that reflected Reims a bit more.

Great for one night
Pros:

It was a stopover for us but Metz was lovely to walk around in the evening. We had a lovely meal in the hotel as we had the dog with us and it was easy.
We had a view over the river and blossom which was lovely.
The rooms are small and clean - you get what you expect from an Ibis.
We manage to park on the street although there was parking around the corner.

Cons:

The heating would not turn off so had to sleep with the window open and snow falling as the room was very hot! Small room but only slightly smaller than other Ibis hotels Ive stayed in.

Une nuit ça passe. Pour le prix je ne renouvellerai pas. Pas étonnant que AirBnb progresse...

Chambre rénovée ok

Cons:

Le bruit la nuit des résidents qui rentrent en parlant fort et claquant la porte. Isolation à revoir. Le distributeur de gel douche vide dans la douche. Petit déjeuner pauvre en salé. Le pain à découper par les clients et donc pas hygiénique.

Solid stay
Pros:

First of all, the Location is great. Easy walking distance to the cathedrale and enough parking space right across the street.
The staff is very friendly and helpful.
The rooms have a reasonable size for a City Hotel, rooms were clean but could do with a little more maintenace. First Impression is modern, simple and good but with a closer look, one can See some flaws here and there.
There are renovations going on, so I suppose the update will make some difference.
The breakfast was the typical IBIS Styles, enough for us for a good start.
Overall, we would come back
