Design and it did appear clean in the room

Cons:

We had no hot water heater- I was also double charged and a week later STILL waiting on the refund. The hotel STILL has called me back with the update and has made me contact every time. There was also a horrible smell in pool area that even my child didn’t want to swim.

It was OK but a little expensive for what it was

It was being remodeled and the breakfast was not really matching stuff they had tortilla shells, cheese and salsa, but no eggs or anything to put in it

Upset they charged me 3 times for an already paid room.having to wait days for a refund set me back

The TVs were a little outdated. It won’t slow you to adjust the color or brightness… also, I booked through booking.com and paid ahead of time. Once I arrived I swiped my card for accidentals. And within 2 days they took out over 280$ out of that account to they weren’t supposed to they charged me 3 times for 1 room for 1 night basically. Waiting on the refund but haven’t received it yet.
