Cons:

Bed sheet was not clean, even the Blanket was so dirty, seems it was not washed for many years. The bath tub drain was not working functional, we have to wait till the flow goes away.AC/Heat was not work properly, keep working and making noise, So, we turned it off and did not use it. nothing was there for breakfast.
