Worst hotel experience. Booked for 6 but only given 2 beds with a 100% cancellation fee penalty. Strong weed smoke seeped in constantly, forcing us to shut off the AC and sleep in uncomfortable heat. Unsafe environment and awful customer service.

The only good thing was that the front desk attendant was polite.
I did not appreciate that there was a lot of paperwork signage needed before obtaining the room as I've done other properties with Wyndham and did not have this issue. Along with this, the room smelled awful as soon as we opened the door. The area is pretty sketchy and we watched a cop patrol the parking lot not even 20 minutes after we arrived as we decided that we would not be staying. A room a couple doors down had a full trash bag sitting outside their room. Along with the room having a bad smell, the bathroom door was hard to open and shut as it would catch on the bottom.
