Cons:

There was a dirty wash rag left in room. The shower wasn't clean and a towel was dirty or badly stained. The dog across the hall barked all night. The breakfast wasn't good. Cold eggs and lukewarm sausage. No fresh fruit

Got woken up twice in the morning before we wanted to be awake by the hotel staff

Check in at 1am was quick and employee working was nice

Cons:

Was woken up to a text asking when i was leaving at 8 am, we got there at 1am and were going to sleep in til check out. Got woken up again to a maid opening the door and saying room service. She asked when we were planning on leaving. We had been traveling on the road for hours before arriving at 1am, so we wanted to sleep in as i had an 8 hour drive ahead of me... if check out is at 11 am, why am i being woken up before it?

Very comfortable stay

It was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. It was in a good location for us.

Our room could definitely use a deep cleaning. The ac/heater is filthy. Someone with lung problems will definitely have issues like i did
