Probably would never stay here again
Pros:

The location was close to the event center

Cons:

It did not seem very clean. The TV didn’t work and our key would never let us in the outside door. Staff that checked us in, was not very friendly or knowledgeable.

Very nice stay - would highly recommend - good value
Pros:

Design and comfort of the room. Mattress and bedding were also very comfortable. Nice selection of items at breakfast. Bathtub, shower, mini-fridge.

Cons:

Hot tub was closed for cleaning. Room key did not work in outside door to enter the premises (had a late arrival)

Wouldn't return or recommend.
Pros:

Staff were great, breakfast had so many options

Cons:

The windows can't open and the room (room 141) smells like stale cigarette smoke and mustiness. Bathroom not clean and found questionable stains on the sheets. Loud people in the corridor just before midnight and noisy with road traffic all night.
