Mactan Newtown Condotel

Fridge and clothes washer was broken. The tiles were lose and kept putting grout out. Aircon was weak, worked just enough to be comfortable.

今回初めてコンドミニアムを使いましたがチェックイン時に部屋が汚かった。冷蔵庫の中も汚く掃除してから使う始末
Wi-Fiの回線がなく、翌日に入れに来た。シャワーカーテンなし、2台あるエアコン１台が効き悪く快適に過ごせなかった。ハズレの部屋でした。

First day, no reservation of our name, Taxi driver wait, 1 hr., we paid him extra. No hot water 6 days for shower.TV not working, Intercom not working,Dirty dishes, terrible fry Pan. After change of room wash let broken, Intercom not work. 14 nights stay no mineral water and toilet paper provided. No body comes for room cleaning. For water Keetle have to wait for 2 days. Security staff call owner, Owner no responding by call or message.

The staff is very friendly and i also like that the room has already cool when we arrived. I will surely comeback.

I really had a wonderful stay in the room. It was clean and i am glad everything i needed is inside the room already.

I requested for 1 more towel and they send it to my room right away. The best are the amenities, specially the swimming pool, superb view. Starbucks is just right after the lobby. I will definitely stay in the same place

プールは午前中は日が当たらず水から上がると寒いジャグジーも無いので温まれないので10時に行って11時までプールに居られない
部屋に戻ってもシャワーからお湯は出ず温まれない。シャワーを浴びるなら昼しか無理です。ドライヤーは無いので髪を乾かせず風邪引き注意。部屋のバスタオルは、全く水を吸わないので必ず持参すべし。
トイレの水は溜まるのが遅く、1度流すと10分近く流せない
夜には天井から水漏れしてくる、コンシェルジュは対応しない。
帰国のフライトがＡＭ9時なので6時にチェックアウトすると10時以降でないとデポジットの現金は担当が居ないので返金できない、だって‼
まだ出来つつあるタウンなので5年後には多少良くなっていると思われるが2019年12月オープンの施設はまだスケルトンの状態なのでオープンまでは最低半年はかかるかも？　だったら、10年後には良くなっているかも？でも、そもそもの給排水設備を何とかしないと使えない‼

キッチンからの異臭。設備の故障。本来あるべきサービスがなかった。上記に対する対策は代替えもなかった。そもそもチェックインの際に予約がされてないと言われて、リストに確かに名前はなかった。

Worst place ever. Cigar all over the floor, stinky bathroom, dirty bed covers, dirty kitchen.
The worst is check-in procedure. No one knows how to deal with reservation done through Hotels.com. We waited 2 hours. Such a waste of time for this horribly conditioned place. Hotels.com should NOT sell this kind of condotel.

5日間のんびり過ごすためにここに滞在しました。キッチンに不具合があり、ほぼ電子レンジしか使っていません。が、洗濯もできたし、冷蔵庫も大きくシーツやタオルなど清潔でした。同じタワー5階にはインフィニティプールがあり、部屋番号を伝えればのんびりと泳げます。また使いたいです。

Overall experience average, don’t expect hotel conditions. No shampoo, house keeping and I think you need to subscribe the SKY movie if you want to watch.

Great condo on the 17th floor with fantastic views. Close enough to everything in a great location with an amazing pool and the best front desk staff! I wish I would have taken more pictures of the condo itself. The air conditioning worked great, the fridge was more than large enough. Very comfortable condo with a balcony.

Appartement très correct mais pas vraiment d'accueil à l'arrivé, pas de produits type shampooing, savons, pas de serviettes pour la piscine ... dommage pour le prix

TV was never working (AV or cable unavailable), there is leak on the ceiling from apartment above, one out of two elevators was and still is out of service. Other than that - safe place, nice swimming pool, washing machine is a big plus. Overall - i would rate it very good.

2박 숙박하였고 수건1장있었고 목욕용품 하나도 없었습니다 비누도 없어요 아무것도.. 드라이기 없었고 하지만 높은 층에 배정받아서 경치는 좋았습니다. 수영장 호실당 2명만 무료이고 3명째부터는 350페소 약7500원 입니다.

부대시설 및 주위여건 은 좋았으나 콘도텔인 관계로 체크인과 체크아웃 시 많은 시간을 대기했음 특히 디파짓한 금액을 반환 받는데 데스크에서 호스트에게 따로 연락해서 받아야한다고해서 호스트 부르는데만 한시간 정도 대기했음 결론적으로는 다시는 숙박하고 싶지 않음
