Die Sauberkeit, das große Bett, die große Dusche, sowie der Smart-TV. Das Hotel hatte einen großen Parkplatz, der trotz des NFL Spiels für Gäste nur 10 Dollar kostete. Man konnte das Stadion innerhalb von 25 bis 30 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen, wobei man sich Zeit lassen sollte, um an der Talgate Party teilzunehmen, auf die man direkt zukommt, wenn man zu Fuß vom Hotel Richtung Stadion geht. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit, gründlich und sehr fix. Der Fitnessraum ist für ein Hotel dieser Art vergleichsweise gut ausgestattet, der Pool sauber. Besonders gut hat uns die Küche des Restaurants/der Bar des Hotels gefallen. Das inkludierte Frühstück war mit Abstand das beste inkludierte Frühstück der USA-Reise, da es kein Buffet gab, sondern man À la carte zwischen ein paar Gerichten aussuchen konnte, die frisch zubereitet wurden, besonders zu empfehlen ist der Avocado Toast. Es gibt vielleicht keine ausgefallenen Gerichte zum Dinner, eher bodenständige Gerichte, wie ein guter Burger, aber sie schmecken richtig gut und sind preislich in Ordnung, was wesentlich wichtiger ist. Der Koch zu unserer Zeit verstand sein Handwerk.

Cons:

Wir haben das Hotel gebucht, um ein 49ers Spiel zu sehen. An Spieltagen werden dementsprechend die Preise stark nach oben angepasst. Es war damit das teuerste Hotel unserer USA-Reise, aber es war nicht, objektiv betrachtet, das beste Hotel im Hinblick auf Lage, Ausstattung, Service und weiteren Annehmlichkeiten. Es war sehr gut, aber für das, was geboten wurde, vergleichsweise teuer. Jedoch muss man zur Verteidigung des Hotels sagen, dass die anderen Hotels im Umkreis es genauso handhaben. Angebot und Nachfrage. Deswegen ein Abstrich in der B-Note und eine 8 statt einer 9.

Excellent stay, very nice employees, nice room and good location.
Pros:

It is clean and very picturesque with beautiful plants.

Cons:

The windows are facing the corridor so as soon as you are in the room you must put the blinds down otherwise there is no privacy. This is especially true on the first floor.

This hotel had a classic feel and great view of the pool!
Pros:

The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. They took care of my needs and even saved my things when there was a miscommunication when I rebooked. The lobby is very welcoming too.

Deceptively nice inside. Don;t judge the hotel by it's outer cover.

My son and I were treated poorly throughout our stay, our personal belongings were removed from our room, and manager Ch

Honestly, there was nothing I liked about my experience at this property. I was physically pushed by Starbucks staff while I was with my son, and I was pregnant at the time. I also had a concerning experience with a waiter at Goldie involving my coffee. While I was away from my room, staff entered and removed my personal belongings, including my son’s diaper wipes and toys. After these incidents, management ultimately kicked me out rather than addressing the way my family and I were treated. Overall, I felt unsafe, disrespected, and extremely uncomfortable during my stay.
