Pros:

The lobby and workout room are nice. It's great that there is a Starbucks attached. We didn't use the pool, but that also looked lovely. There are also beautiful hydrangea planted around the property.

Cons:

Our room was pretty awful. We were in the back corner on the first floor so our room was incredibly dark and depressing. Our room smelled like an old motel and I think it's because they didn't change the AC unit when they did the renovation. Our cleaning service was awful: tissue and body wash never refilled and it didn't feel as though anything was actually cleaned Ugh.

Comfortable and efficient
Pros:

The bed and pillow were very comfortable. The room was very clean and tidy.

Free parking would have been better. It was a parking lot on the street with no security.

I probably will find alternate accommodations when we go to football games in the future.

Location was great…close to Levi Stadium. Staff was friendly

Cons:

We noticed the next morning, that there was water dripping from the ceiling. I called the front desk and they sent maintenance up. It was determined that it must’ve been coming from the ac unit above us. After a while, front desk told us we could move to a room in another building. We were headed out for the game and decided that if we were to pack everything up to move, we might as well just check our bags in the lobby and go home after the game. Front desk said they wouldn’t charge us for the second night and they wouldn’t charge us for the parking, that day. Apparently, you all didn’t get the memo…as there’s not been a refund of the second night and the hotel directly charged us for the parking. I thought they would’ve communicated to you, but nothing was done. Have to make a reservation for Santa Barbara, but don’t want to do this until this matter gets cleared up. Thank you
