Ευγένεια προσωπικού υποδοχής και καθαριότητας. Καθημερινός έλεγχος για καθαριότητα και αλλαγή πετσετών.

Cons:

Δεν υπήρχε βραστήρας, κλιματιστικό, ψυγείο. Οι φωτογραφίες με ξεγελάσανε. Μας είπαν ότι μόνο στα family rooms υπάρχουν. Τραγικό, αν σκεφτεί κανείς ότι έμεινα 5 ολόκληρες μέρες χωρίς να μπορείς να αποθηκεύσεις ούτε ένα γάλα σε ψυγείο, ή να ζεστάνεις νερό για να πιεις τον καφέ σου.

Abschreckendes Beispiel

Eine gute Lage nahe der City

Cons:

Ein solches "Hotel" haben wir noch nicht erlebt. Wir wollten zwei Nächte mit Frühstück bleiben, aber bereits der "außergewöhnliche" Eincheckautomat und die im angelehnten (offenen) Zustand abgeschlossene Zugangstüre (mutmaßlich weil der automatische Türöffner defekt ist) machten uns stutzig. Die Luft im Hotel war stickig. Das Zimmer jedoch eine Zumutung. Der Boden klebte bei jedem Schritt, auf dem Ablageboard am Fenster waren Kränze und klebrige Flecken, und alles war eingestaubt. Das Zimmer war heiß (scheinbar Südseite) so dass wir beschlossen wieder auszuchecken.
Der Eincheckautomat gab das jedoch nicht her, also riefen wir die bei Booking hinterlegte Nummer an. Ein Kind ging ans Telefon und sagte, wir sollen die Zimmerkarte einfach auf dem Zimmer lassen. Das immerhin vorhandene Parkhaus verfügt über mehrere Metallrampen, womit sich scheinbar jeweils zwei Autos übereinander abstellen lassen. Eine abenteuerliche Konstruktion und augenscheinlich nicht für alle Autos geeignet. Das Hotel verweist auf die Ablehnung jeglicher Haftung. Wir haben dann in Stuttgart in einem anderen Hotel eingecheckt. Das Abalon hat jegliche (Teil-)Rückzahlung des vorausgezahlten Betrages abgelehnt.

Despite staying at a different hotel, Hansa, everything worked wonderfully
Pros:

We actually had to stay at the end at Hansa Hotel, a partner hotel because of some technical difficulties on Abalon Hotel. We stayed at Hansa Hotel in the past and liked it. Small but very clean, and check-in/-out process is extremely fast. Location is very convenient.

Cons:

Electric fan was a bit old and not the most efficient against the tremendous heat we had to endure.
TV had no signal and we wanted to watch the matches from the world cup.

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt relativ zentral in Stuttgart und ist vom Bahnhof relativ gut zu erreichen. Das Zimmer ist sehr großräumig mit sehr praktischem Bad. Es ist im Hinterhof sehr ruhig. Das Personal war freundlich.

Cons:

Bei der Ankunft war nicht klar, wo man sich melden sollte, obwohl die Rezeption besetzt war. Ebe so war es zuerst ein Problem, das Gepäck einfach abzugeben ohne ein zu checken. Konnte aber gelöst werden.
