Pros:

Hotel toll --Hotels.com Gegenteil, nicht hilfreich

Hotel sehr gut,
Problem war Hotel.com !! derart, daß die Reise zu zweit und 2 Nächte geplant war.
Aus gesundheitl. Gründen konnte ich nur allein und nur eine Nacht. Das Hotel war sehr entgegen kommend - ich mußte nur eine Nacht das DZ bezahlen!!
Ich wurde gebeten mit Hotels.com zu kommunizieren, damit nicht volle Provision/Gebühr an H.com zu zahlen sei. Nach langen Hängen in Warte- und Frageschleifen konnte der Telefonist nicht weiterhelfen, auch eine Nachfrage bei seinem Vorgesetzten erbrachte keine Hilfe !!
Ich hab die Provision geschätzt und in die Trinkgeldkasse getan !!
