It was first time in a pod hotel and it was very comfortable considering I was camping during my time in Canada.
It can get quite hot in the pod so I had to have the fan on at all times.

The sleeping area was a bit hot. Since its a pod hotel, not possible to bring down. At 6am, an alarm rang. No one shut it off. Probably a guest slept somewhere else and forgot about it. I got up and left since I couldn't sleep. The bathroom doesn't seem to have good ventilation. It smelled a bit.
There are other places in the area that are the same price. They have their own room and private bathroom. They are a little further from the Sky Train. The other places are better even with the little extra walk to the Sky Train
I would not stay there again, sleeping in this box was impossible. It was very hot, the fan did not work and the staff said there was nothing they could do about it. There was no chance to breathe in there without the fan. Also, supposedly, staff should have been there from 6am, but when I needed help at that time, no one was there and I didn't see anyone until I left at 6:40 am.

The stay was convenient. Its vicinity to the train station is the reason why I decided to try the pods. Parking was free and it was quiet/relaxing. Theres a little bit of privacy which I like.
Pillows were kind of hard, it really felt uncomfy just sleeping on it for too long. My head hurt the next day. Just getting on the upper pod was kind of dangerous. I understand the risk and given the price I guess you get what you paid for. I think it would better if it was like a stepping stool that stretches out if you want to up to your pod. The bed sheet was okay. Bathroom was clean and accessible. Everythint was explained to me so navigating was easy. I guess theres more room for improvement and I hope that they improve even further.
Capsule hotel should have beds that are enclosed, not just hidden behind a curtain

Friendly staff and good location for shopping n airport. Affordable place to sleep
Let me start by saying the owner/ staff on duty was great and accommodating. But the property photos are misleading. When I arrived late I didn’t feel safe and actually chose to stay up all night at the airport instead of the pod. The idea of sleeping in a bed next to strangers with no security on staff on duty… and a curtain in between didn’t feel right, so I left.
Expedia also doesn’t list their policy that if you book after 8pm and are arriving after midnight you can not check in. Only once I bought and paid for it did I receive that information in an email.
The only reason I even considered a low-grade hotel was because I only needed it for a few hours to sleep between flights so that information should’ve been provided before I booked.
Perhaps for some this type of stay is adequate, but for me, I would never consider it again
Hotel not as described, dirty and noisy. There are blind closures so light comes through and people can see you getting changed. Dirt, hair, and sanitary towels everywhere in female washroom. Poor service at reception. Limited light switches and lack of noise insulation. Asked for a refund but was denied.
that was busy chatting with each other but i think that was due to shift change....
you use to give water at check inn i was charged 2.90 , also you have NO STAFF from 2am to 7 am that left me feeling not as safe. my check out was nat 6 am . no one told me about not having access to my luggage during those hours. i have an email stating that there was no additonal charges...and you still charged me a fee. where is my 80 refund for the deposit. I checked out on Thursday am
I had a great stay for 2 nights. My only concern was the Female Restroom which wasn't secure so a member of the opposite sex could easily access this area especially in the shower area. When i was showering, i felt quite vulnerable.
There was a tv mounted in the kitchen area but was told it wasn't working.
Near a mall and the richmond train line. All in all a great experience.
