Very very supportive staffs!
Pros:

We had a issue with our rented car, and over the days of our stay, the staffs provided excellent support and helped us to communicate with the car rental company, which led to the rental company picked up the car key at the reception.

Location is unbeatable
Pros:

Location is amazing, everything just around the corner
Staff was lovely
Sauna

Cons:

The rooms are carpeted so it smelled quite strongly when i arrived. Needed to air the room for a couple of hours
You can hear everything through the room door

Excellent hotel, highly recommended.
Pros:

Excellent breakfast, nice rooms, perfect location, close to the ski lift. Lots of restaurants in close proximity, and sportswear shops. Perfect for a skiing vacation.

Cons:

The breakfast room is a bit small.

Hotelul este situat foarte bine chiar în centru are acces la transportul public .Hotelul este curat și personal bine viotor .Și dimineața ai la dispoziție un mic dejun bogat pentru toate gusturile .

Cons:

Nu a fost nimic să nu-mi placă .Totul a fost superb.

Il Personale incredibile , la disponibilità e la gentilezza ! Viaggiavamo con una bambina di 20 mesi , confort e pulizia . Tutte le nostre richieste sono state soddisfatte . Anche un check in anticipato .
Il lettino della piccola con lenzuola e piumone adatti alle dimensioni e con orsetti dolcissimi! La richiesta della Vasca in bagno . Il parcheggio a un ottimo prezzo e attaccato all'albergo , il parcheggio comodo per scaricare la macchina , la posizione centralissima! CONSIGLIO A PIENI VOTI.

lovely small hotel to enjoy from the town center
Pros:

the comfort of the rooms was nice and the facilities with a massage at the end of the day was great. Staff very courteous and kind.

Cons:

I felt that Breakfast was fine but very minimal. presentation could have been much better, a bit sloppy sadly. I would have liked to have seen some labeling on the cheeses and meats, are they local? something that give it character.
Wifi was weird with strong firewalls so some news channels were not going through.

Pros:

We had a lovely stay at this property. What really stood out to us were the amazing staff, who went above and beyond to make sure that we had a lovely stay and trip to Crans-Montana. They were so wonderful in helping to make dinner reservations, suggest hiking trails, provide maps, and call taxis. If you are visiting during the summer, please note that there is no air conditioning at this hotel, but they do provide fans.

Très bien !
Pros:

Le personnel très aimable !
Le Spa allumer très rapidement sur demande !
La situation de l'hôtel... parking, magasin et arrêt de bus à proximité !

Cons:

A l'hôtel on a oublier de me faire part que j'avais un rabais sur les transport public et téléphérique. et de me donner un QR code, pour justificatif aux téléphériques.
