Pros:

Très bon accueil, chambre confortable et conforme aux photos, petit déjeuner varié, tout était propre.
Très bon rapport/qualité prix, et bon emplacement le centre ville est à 15-20 min à pied.

Os quartos sao muito espaçosos, as camas confortaveis e a decoraçao de mto bom gosto.

Cons:

O estacionamento foi complicado, e entendo que o hotel deveria fazer mais questao de tentar contato com o hospede para ser feito a reserva do lugar, uma vez que estacionar em San Sebastian é complicado. A localizacao era ok, proxima de pontos de onibus, mas longe dos pontos turisticos.
O cafe da manha era bom, mas a bebida café era uma maquina de cafe soluvel, nao adequado ao preço pago.

Super clean and central!
Pros:

It was great! The staff was super polite. When we arrived, the reception was available. Breakfast was great too! I recommend it. The room was spacious and cosy, and everything was spotless.

Cons:

I would say that the parking. Although I did not use it, I think it is a bit more expensive, or I was lucky that I found something for 10€ per night very close to the hotel.
