L'emplacement proche de la station Euskotren AMARA et si l'on est bon marcheur la proximité avec la gare routière et Renfe. La gentillesse du personnel à l'accueil et au départ. Chambre spacieuse avec une bonne literie. Grande salle de douche mais lavabo ouvert sur l'entrée. La vue sur la place arborée est agréable. Nous avons apprécié l'attention de la bouteille d'eau à notre arrivée.

Cons:

Le bruit strident du tableau électrique et l'éclairage par flash de l'alarme incendie perturbant grandement notre sommeil.
En mettant le disjoncteur, plus de bruit mais aussi plus de climatisation alors que Donostia ce jour-là battait des records de chaleur.
Nous n'avons pas voulu déranger le personnel à minuit pour une nuitée.
Le jour de notre départ nous en avons informé la réceptionniste.
Un manque de rangements si séjour long et le mini réfrigérateur qui chauffe le dessus d'un meuble de rangement.

Won’t stay in one of their hotels again.
Pros:

Location was good. Staff very helpful.

Cons:

Room wasn’t cleaned one of our days. Storage drawers wouldn’t stay closed. Sink plug allowed the water to leak out.
Biggest thing is the walls were paper thin. Even rebating at times. Unfortunately for us we had very noisy teens on both sides of us.

Pros:

Location is great; right off the bus line that gets you to anywhere you need to go in the city. Friendly staff. Large, comfortable bed with 2 pillows. Sustainable measures in practice.

Cons:

Hot items at breakfast were cold. AC was hard to control- all or nothing

J’ai tout apprécié et surtout nous voyageons avec des chiens et nous sommes sentis comme chez nous
Calme , propreté, situation , à l’écoute , prévenant
Mise à disposition panière , gamelle et friandises pour nos chiens

Lovely modern hotel ten minutes bus ride from the beach and old town cafes and restaurants.
Pros:

A very cute, modern property. clean rooms with all the amenities. Good breakfast and a very friendly and helpful receptionist.
