I didn’t get a room with a king that I reserved, instead getting a room with 2 full beds. Too small for my husband and I to share.
There were wasps in the outdoor roof. The remotes to the TVs didn’t work, probably needed new batteries. Not the best and won’t stay there again.

Staff were welcoming and accommodating! The room is clean and supplied shower soap. Complimentary breakfast is delicious. The hotel location is in walkable distance to many restaurants and drugstores! I like the bus rides available to DisneyWorld, although only available a few times a day, it was very convenient to our trip without having a car.

I didnt like the hostess smelling of cannabis upon her arrival from a quick break, there were hairs on the bathroom floor, and the bathroom door wouldnt close.

I felt safe, it was very close to attractions, the breakfast was adequate, and for the price it was ok.

I would not bring a family here.

The property itself was okay, the rooms were pretty standard/clean and staff was helpful. The outside of the property was a little run down and felt like one of those hotels people live in (people were working on cars, sitting on the porch talking/yelling on the phone at 11pm). The location was decent though, pretty close to everything and plenty of walkable places. We were disappointed in the shuttle services though. The only reason we chose this property was because they offered shuttle services to DisneyWorld and they were offered at weird times well after the parks had opened. They also only offered services to 2 parks. We've stayed in other non Disney properties before (that weren't available this time) that offered shuttles to all parks and before they opened so you could still get there to have a full day at the parks. It wasn't a terrible experience, but we most likely won't be staying here again.

The bed has bed bugs and they bite my wife. Now she has hives all though her right arm. Other than ok everything else was good, but leaving with an itchy arm overshadow the entire experience.

Room was very clean. Make your own waffle bar at breakfast.

When I arrived the lady at the front desk was very nice. Directed me to my room. When I arrived at my room the door was propped open with latch and TV on. I asked front desk to come check it out before I went in and she said she couldn’t. When I went into my room the shower floor was slimy.

Breakfast was ok. Eggs, sausage, toast and waffles. No fruit or yogurt. Only drink was orange juice.

Transportation to parks is a one and done. They don’t take you until after park opening. No shopping shuttle even tho they said yes when I called to ask.

Overall I would not stay here again
