Pros:

The Moca Hotel is okay for a short-term, one-night stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, which we appreciated. However, the room we stayed in wasn't very clean. There was a burn mark on the table, the sofa looked worn out, and we saw some cockroaches, which was concerning. Overall, it’s fine for a quick stop, but not ideal for a longer stay.

Honestly, 3 stars is probably too generous but whatever. The AC units in, at least, 2 (yes, 2, as I had to move rooms as the AC unit in that room hummed very loudly) of the rooms are quite old and hummed to let you know it. There were tiles in the bathroom that were off the walls and the shower drain was not the lowest point in the bathroom leading to having to wade to the toilet after a shower. Im exaggerating a bit, but the water would not fully drain meaning that you had to get quite wet if you wanted to use the toilet. Oh and the staff greeting me was not the greatest. I was left standing in front of the desk for a period of time, unsure if I was going to get acknowledged, even though she was just sitting there. I slept and left. It was fine. I can't say I'd stay there again, unfortunately.
