Pros:

The breakfast was excellent. The selection was great, they had something for everyone’s preferences. The beds were also very comfortable.

Cons:

The AC system is very old. There is no way to redirect the air flow, it was blowing directly on the beds. The room felt humid, no matter what the AC was set to. We could hear the neighbor's TV late into the night through the door that connects the rooms. And when I texted that I would like a maintenance team come check the AC because it was making a weird noise, they said they would be there but no one showed up.

Pros:

Location to conference.

Cons:

Older hotel. Rate was high. I arrived late to check in, 11:20pm and was gone by 8 am. Only one person was checking in. The line to check in took almost 38 minutes. HVAC was like a tractor. So did not get much sleep at all.

Cons:

Hotel very old. Bed was horrible. Room was in building 2 and not easy to get to. No housekeeping unless you scheduled before hand. In was not told about that. AC did not work very well.
